Pitts Automotive is truly a class auto repair shop. My wife and I were traveling from Mississippi to Nashville, TN when we noticed burning smell and smoke coming from engine. I called Pitts (closest auto repair on Google Maps) and she told me they could look at my Toyota 4-Runner if we could make it to Tuscaloosa. We made it and Pitts diagnosed the problem within minutes as a loose dipstick tube. They fixed the dipstick, checked fluids and had us back on the road in no time! The only problem is we don’t live close enough to use Pitts for all our auto repair and maintenance. Thanks for great customer service!

I found Pitts when my normal shop had closed. I brought in my vehicle for a sensor reading and they provided me with excellent service. I recently had work done at Firestone and still had an issue after the work so I brought it by Pitts and they got me together nicely although they had to go behind the work I had paid for prior to visiting I was happy to pay for a job done right.
