I had a very good expierence at this place. Im not sure why there so many negative comments. I think most of the negative comments are people wanting a free lunch. Then, when they found out there is no such thing as a free lunch they got their feelings hurt. They are a friendly familiy owned and run business that truly cares about their customers. They are always willing to help soldiers in the surrounding area. I have had several dealings with these great people and never had a complaint. I recommend them to everyone.

They were closed on Veterans day to avoid giving free oil changes to Veterans (a promotion that the national office was heavily promoting). Thats their choice, but it was a poor one, in my opinion. I said as much in a comment on the national website. After the franchise owner was informed, he called me up, not to apologize, but to complain to me. He demanded an explanation of my comments like a petulant child throwing a tantrum. Do not patronize this establishment.

These people refused to resurface and flush my brake lines because I changed the pads myself. What different do it make, Ive been working on brakes for over 20 years. I know how to replace a set of pads. But they refused to do it, obviously the wanted to replace the pads and charge me some ridiculous price. I took the car to Firestone on Riverside Drive and they did the job that I need it without these crazy rules...I will never return to Meineke for anything.

Went in needing a new exhaust support bracket and a spot weld to repair the remaining bracket on the other side. They got me right in, took about 20 min and only cost me $30. I could have gotten a similar piece to what I needed at advance for 17.99, but it wasnt exact and the other side would have still needed a spot weld and I would have had to do it myself, but they did a great job and I just had to watch and pay.

So emailed corporate after i received a call they would be closed on Veterans Day. Not to complain about the shop but just to see if they would honor the offer at the one location within 50 miles of base. They sent me a coupon for a free oil change. Awesome. But the free oil change isnt worth going there. They are RUDE!! I will never go there again. Even if I get an free oil change coupon.

Just had a male individual tell me on the phone ,"he wasnt here to save anyone any money!" Not to mention he was 150 dollars higher than 3 of the places Id previously called to do price quote brake work. I politely told him he wasnt going to make any money off me, and to have a good day. Tread lightly with this place, and do some research prior to getting maintenance on your vehicle l.

The guy who welded my exhaust up was rude and unprofessional. I asked him to make sure it was lined up so it wouldnt vibrate on the car. He welded it, after he lined it up then blamed the vibration on the previous welder work. If I was a civilian I would have punched the guy in the face as he was a real jerk.

I had a very good expierence at this Meineke. They are a friendly familiy owned and run business that cares what their customers think and were willing to work with me to get the exhaust I wanted on my truck. I had a muffler installed for fairly cheap in about 15 minutes. I recommend them to everyone.

Was refused service. I have not had a problem with this business before . But they refuse service on my Subaru STI. I had two break jobs done by them and had fantastic results but giving a one star because I was refused service by a business owned by local Clarksville man

I love this place and have used it on multiple occasions. They always treat my family right and give me a competitive price. They wont fix something if it doesnt need fixing. I dont understand the negative comments, this is the place for me.

I received a Coupon in the mail Saying 50% off on ALL oil changes including full synthetic on mothers day and the guy told me he wasnt going to Honor it for a full Synthetic oil change. POOR Customer Service, this place should be shutdown

Excellent customer service and wonderful people!! First come, first served, so no waiting for an appointment. They repaired my sons muffler issue in less than 10 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Just called to see if my they could work on my VW and the guy just turned me away. He said they dont even touch changing the oil on any VW. Then they just hung up on me. WTF.
