Was told it would only take less than hour to finish the oil change but ended up getting tired of waiting after an hour and a half. Asked Mandy what was taking so long and then another employee stated that they were taking lunches and there were only two currently on the clock. We told them we wanted our keys back and did not want the service. Obviously I was really upset. Well.. When we headed out to get the car, Rusty didnt understand a customers point of view and decided that yelling back at us was appropriate. When we asked for his name, he did not want to give it and his coworker stated he did not know his name! As a result, my wife decided to go inside and ask Mandy who started raising her voice at my wife stating, "Well, your husband didnt have to talk to me like that!" I spoke to the manager and all she could do was open her eyes real big. NOT ONE WORD out of her mouth. In addition, the employees came up with their own story! My wife recorded everything from the moment she walked up to Mandy up until Rusty started coming at me. Your employees have NO customer service skills. Your manager does not know how to handle situations of conflict between employees and customers or be more efficient with the use of employee time. The most unprofessional staff I have every seen by far and it is so sad that our military base is closest to this location! ADVICE: Have your employees eat in the lunchroom instead of hanging out in the bay chatting when there are only two cars waiting. Which was more than 4 by the way! Then when a customer questions about service time, everyone disperses and only two stay back! Wait time was not due to the amount of customers waiting. It was because your employees were just hanging out getting paid.

Made an appointment to have tire I had purchased from the site to store website for 1200 on a Friday and was told it would be a 1 hour turn around to get the tires mounted. I show up at 1150 and wait in a line behind 6 other customers with one associate on her first day working the register. At 1220 I get to the register and get checked in. Was told to pull my truck into the tire lane which I did and waited on the associate changing the tires on the vehicle in front of me. I talked with him when he was done about the tire change then went inside. At 1245 my truck was still sitting where I had left it outside the bay. I spoke to the manager who stayed the associate that was changing tires is on break. I explained the whole appointment thing and all he could say was sorry. How about I will start on your truck right now but NO they are to worried about the oil change line and stacking tires in the racks out in the bay instead of getting started on a vehicle that had an appointment which is 45 minutes past the hit time. Needless to say I took my tires and will have them put on somewhere else. I know Walmart doesnt care that they lost other customer but it is sad. I would not recommend anyone to get their vehicle work done at this location unless your time is not valuable to you. When you say one hour turn around thats what I expect give or take a few either why but damn 45 minutes past and you havent even started. Rant over. Thanks

I recently had to replace my alternator, which caused the reading for my oil to read higher than it actually was pre-change, and they refused to change my oil because they "have a policy against working on vehicles with broken gauges." Ive been bringing my vehicle here for several years with my speedometer messed up (I use an external speedometer), so I dont know how they suddenly have this policy today. Ive overlooked the excessive wait times in the past, but after today, I wont be bringing any of my vehicles here again.
