At first, I was very pleased with the prices, customer service, and big, comfy waiting room, but those first two things changed recently. Lynwood Firestone put four new tires on two of my vehicles. about two years in, one tire had a slow leak, so I went in to have it looked at. They charged me for the small patch, and I thought nothing of it. I asked him to check the air in all tires, because he was about to ring me out without doing so, and then I asked about tire rotation. They scolded me for not having it done every 6,000 miles, but why didnt he suggest it or just do it if its so important. Also, it would have been helpful to get a reminder by mail or email. A day later, the low air light came on again, and a month later I drove in with a near flat. The guy pointed out a big nail in the tire and said I had to replace it. I was on my way to work, about to get on the expressway, so I felt I had no choice. I was surprised by the 142.00 price for one tire, and friends asked why it couldnt have been patched, and why I had to pay for the last patch. I have no idea. I think my romance with Lynwood Firestone has gone stale. I just want to be serenaded a bit more in a relationship - a free patch, a few email reminders, and an explanation on why I have to replace rather than patch a two year old tire with relatively low miles would have done the job.

MECHANICS YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE . I WORKED HERE FOR A MONTH THEY STARTED ME OUT ON A SALARY AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY CHANGED MY PAY TO FLAT RATE AND MY PAY WAS CUT IN HALF. TONTO SILVER WILL PUSH YOU TO THE BRINK OF INSANITY. THE SHOP FOREMAN FRANK WANABEHILLBILLY WILL GIVE YOU A 14 HOUR JOB AND IT SHOULD BE DONE IN 6 HOURS BOOK TIME. I TOLD THIS PLACE TO TAKE THIS JOB AND SHOVE IT AND WALKED OUT JUST LIKE THE MECHANIC BEFORE ME. THEY WILL BURY YOU IN A BUCKET IN A SINGLE PAUPERS GRAVE.

They wouldnt even look at my tire as I requested. Kept going on about Im going to have to pay as I am willing but basically denied my service. The associate kept saying go thru my insurance so I wouldnt have pay out of pocket and I wanted to just get my vehicle fixed I didnt want to go that route. (Point is, some people dont care about how much money they have to spend if you offer the service just do it)

They are honest with what needs done. Its nice to have a place you can really trust to do the right work the work you really done.
