I bought a truck off of them about a year ago. Just now getting to write this though. If I could give the 0 stars I would. Worst place I have ever had to deal with. I showed up found a truck I liked no issues there. Signed everything they did everything on their end. Then after they washed the truck it was leaking trans fluid. The sales manage said no problem they will a new seal in. I said okay.but they couldnt do it for 3 weeks since their only diesel tec was still in school. So I brought it back and he changed it. Then about a week later the front pump in the transmission went out. I spoke with several trans builders to find out what would have caused it. And they could only come up with that someone forced the trance back against the torque converter. So the diesel tec didnt take his time and just forced it back together. At this point I am 2 weeks from deployment. I went and talked to the sales manager. He went from wanting to me to pay for everything to okay they will pay for it. So they did. At this point I deployed. And here is where I really had an issue. Since Im gone my wife had to pick the truck up. When she went in the service lady was telling her that they should have just sent our truck to the auction and never sold it to us. Then gave her the keys when she went out to the truck. "Which was supposedly fixed" the batteries were dead, none of the gauges were hooked back up. He had left the wiring a mess and did a half ass job of putting everything together. So after waiting for the service department to come jump the truck (4hours). I tried to call and talk to Mr. Sisk cause I was pissed. The front desk lady said she couldnt let me talk to him. Even though there was signs all over the dealership floor that says call me directly if you have any issue. I said that to the lady and she gave me a number to the internet marketing department. This just pissed me off more. So I guess if the owner wanted to talk Id give names to the story but till then I strongly recommend no-one go here. And I continue to tell everyone at work. Worst place to buy and I am not biased by any means.

We purchased a 2008 Dodge Nitro early September 2014. The car we had originally came to purchase had been sold. We were looking for a vehicle with certain criteria since we brought in a loan check from our bank for $12,000. We were going to leave but I noticed the dodge nitro parked in a separate area away from the other "inspected" used cars. I thought is was an employees car but our salesman "Fernando" said it was able to be sold. I asked if it had been inspected and he reassured me that it had been. He said wait a minute and let me discuss it with my boss. Then he came back and said we can sell it to you for $11,999. We drove the car around the lot and noticed a slight tremor but was told it was just because the car had sat there for a bit. Against my better judgement we bought the car. On our way home the "check engine" light came on then the car shut off. We called "Fernando" and he told us to bring the car back. Fortunately the car started and we took it back the next day. After it had been in the shop for about a week we brought it home. The next day my husband unlocked the car door and it went into "panic" mode. The horn was sounding, the wipers were going and fluids were spewing from the vehicle. We took the car back paid $50 bucks and was told the problem was fixed. Two days ago this happened again and we recorded the incident, when we tried to take the car back to the shop today the car would not start. We are furious about this purchase. This car has spent nearly as much time in the shop as it has at our house and it is still not driving. I will be contacting the sales manager shortly to see what can be done. I dont believe this vehicle was ever inspected. The salesman saw our check and just wanted to make a quick sale. I knew he was shady. Bottom line- we were sold a LEMON...

I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, its less then 6 months old and has under 10k miles on. I first brought my jeep in to get a door seal replaced. After the repair I noticed scratches on the door, they agreed to replace the window, the passenger front mirror and another trim piece that was damaged by their technician. Last Friday was when the repair was done, well when I got home I noticed more scratches on the trim pieces from where they replaced the window. They also replaced the window with an aftermarket window. This vehicle has less then 10k miles on it and its still under warranty. So now they voided my warranty if anything happens to that window. I went into the dealership today and talked with Bob Evans about this issue. He told us that that he was doing us a favor by fixing what he already fixed and will not fix the other issues. He also told us to never come back. I have never met anyone so awful at his job. After I told him that, he said if I say anything else he was going to throw my wife and 11 month old child out of the dealership. Its unbelievable how Sisk dealerships treats military personnel. They should be black listed. I will post pictures of the final work that was done. I also filed a complaint with jeep corporate . IMO Bob Evans and Sisk is committing fraud by installing non Mopar parts in a Jeep dealership, and the fact they wont take ownership of issues they have caused. Everytime I have brought my vehicle in for a repair more damage is done, which is extremely frustrating with a brand new vehicle. The owner contacted me and fixed everything for me. I went to Hopkinsville on August 1st 2015 and stopped into Sisk to check out the new blue Challengers. While my husband and I were looking, we were approached by a salesman named Bob. He asked if I liked the Challengers, and I said YES but could never afford one. He told me about a trade in that just came in and we all walked over to see it. Of course I was in love, but I knew that was only a dream. He got the keys and asked if we wanted to test drive it, I hesitated as I hate to love it more and then never be able to get one. We did decide to test drive it. I let my husband drive because it would break my heart since this a dream car to me. We loved our ride. Bob was definitely not a pushy salesman, and I loved that. He was honest and answered my questions spot on. I told him about my credit, nothing bad, just not much and I decided to fill out a credit app so I would have a reassurance that I could never have my dream car. After some downtime waiting on lenders, the financial manager came over and told me they found financing with a decent payment and a great interest rate. I literally cried, Bob Durham, my salesman, got me some tissues as I could not believe this was happening. I have had the car for 6 days now and I LOVE IT and I thank all those at Sisk who made my dream possible. I will never forget how good I was treated. I am thrilled with the product and service. If you need a salesman who is REAL, ask for Bob "the Bull" Durham, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Sisk!!!! Tammy Mason and Hollis Mason
