This is attempt 3 from firestone. All started with a simple alignment on Jan 27th 2017. Noticed alot of play in the steering wheel, took it to firestone again to see whats up they found the upper control arm bolt was left loose by the tech who aligned it on the Jan 27th visit, in turn it stripped out the control arm and bolt February 16th 2017. They replaced the control arm yesterday afternoon at 1500 and today I took it for a drive felt a boom in the front end and steering wheel jerked hard to the left got home jacked it up and found the entire control arm ready to fall out of the truck AGAIN. This is on a 2003 yukon xl they are going to kill someone with work quality like I have personally experienced, Firestone complete auto care in Hopkinsville ky did this not once but now 2 times! Listening to the "tech" cussing in front of me about the issue. There is no sense of purpose with the staff here they walk around as if nobody is here. I placed a call.to corporate today February 20th 207 in regards to the issues all stemming from a simple alingment. I will NOT return to this establishment due to the nature of issues I have had here. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be contacting an attorney due to the nature of all this. I just wanted to Thank the guys at the Firestone in Hopkinsville , KY. I have always had great service there the past few years but I must say by far this afternoon was the most appreciated of them that I have ever been. I was in a situation with an overdue oil change and new filter. I have been dealing with my Father getting diagnosed with Stage four Cancer and quickly passing just last week, so I was in no way shape or form to realize it had been time for an oil change. That is until my engine light appeared this morning and we scrambled putting the last of the oil in of what we had. Immediately after work I drove to Firestone and for those who work understand why I couldnt drive there first. I was in a bind and bless them so were they. However the Manager (I believe Billy was his name) took me right in and made sure that I was taking care of. That is service that I always appreciate and keeps me coming back to your store. The kindness and the hospitality has always been great. I have never had any problems and if anything it seems that they always go out of their way to make sure things are fixed so my car will be safe. So I just wanted to say THANK YOU so very much and I will definitely be back! Once again you guys are great!

I am so upset with these people . after going there and being basically pushed out the door ,after being a customer for four years . My husband and I will no longer be coming here ever again . First of all when I got there all the workers were just sitting there watching tv then when I pulled up two of them got up .One of them unlocked the door and let me in . When he couldnt help me about my car he told me to ask another ,I asked another about the Rotor on my back wheel to turn it . He informed me that if I did that to my car it would basically ruin my car . My husband was on my phone in my shirt hearing this ,needlesstosay , being upset because he was on the road , I asked the guy why he said he would suggest to go down the street . I left . It sounded to me they just didnt want to help me . I drove to Clarksville and went to a place that gave me service and rotated my tires,gave me and aliment which is what we ended up needing . I will never be back a Firestone for their RUDNESS and UNKINDNESS that they have givin me and I will let my family and friends be aware of this so they are not threated this way .

Horrible experience for my wife. My wife arrived before 7am. They opened at 7am she was the first customer and she told them exactly what she wanted done to our truck and they looked and talked to her like she had no idea what she was talking about. Me personally I worked for first stone in Indiana for about 5 years total and I know how long an oil change a tire rotate and balance and an alignment is supposed to take. And it took way long than that. Then while pulling our truck out of the shop they revved the crap out of our truck because its has loud exhaust and my wife was standing outside watching them and then they denied doing it when she confronted them about doing so and pretty much told her she was a liar that they are professional. Horrible shop and we have bought tires from them before and will never step foot back in that shop. Worst Firestone Ive ever dealt with Ive worked for Firestone in two different states. Thats horrible service!!!

I was there for four and a half hours for four tires that they told me I needed because I had a vibration, I still have a vibration... Sold me alignment... I asked why I was still in the red in caster and camber after the alignment and they told me I have to buy a knockout kit, after the fact... Wtf, I fill ripped off
