Girl Mine

I was having a tire repaired, My appointment was at 1pm,I got there at 12:45 and they took my car back. I waited until 1:45 and ask how much longer it would be , he came out and wanted to show me something said because it had a plug in it they could not repair it. That is upsetting but they have rules so ok. The problem I had that after I asked how much longer it would be within 5 min they came out with not doing it. My time is as important as theirs. I will not be going back to best one.

Waited 3hrs to have tires put on my truck. The excuse given was that employees lunch times were mixed up and everyone went to lunch at the same time BS!
