I first encountered Scott a little over a year ago, for a simple Flat Tire Repair. While waiting, we talked about my Extended Warranty on my Chevy and how he would honor it if I decide to let his business do the repairs. Well, I remembered this, when I returned yesterday for a Wiper Blade Motor Replacement. Kevin was very thorough, he went over my warranty with me, explained it would not be covered, and then searched for the best price for me. Since the part would not be in till the next day, he even made accommodations (around my pre-scheduled appointments) to make sure its installed. Thats what I call "Customer Retention" ....and I should know, since I am in the Marketing field!!!

These guys are great! Very professional and trustworthy family business. Straight forward and no BS. Whenever I need anything done on any of my vehicles, this place is always option #1! They know what theyre doing and everyone is super friendly. Everyone knows how hard it is to find a mechanic in a good repair shop with people you can trust. This is the one...Trust me.. Lynwood Tire and Auto Service is the most professional, knowledgeable, and honest shop I have ever used. I scheduled my appointment online via their website and was promptly scheduled a diagnostic. Upon arrival, they welcomed me and started the repairs immediately with up front prices!! Kevin went above and beyond to esure all of my 2014 dodge durango a/c issues were repaired! ! It was also the most inexpensive oil change I have had in years! I will never return to a large name garage again, LTC is the best shop around.

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Needed a place to fix the brakes on my boat trailer & repack bearings. Not only did they walk me through entire process... But also worked directly with the trailer manufacturer to get an oem master cylinder. Trailer brakes now work better than ever. Very personal, friendly, honest and affordable! Will definitely be using them for any future service. Thanks Kevin and Scott!
