I marked my drivers side front tire with a yellow marker before going in for a $19.99 oil change with tire rotation. Mechanic pulled my car into the shop right away and a few minutes later pulled it back out. I was surprised how fast he had finished! I went out and inspected my tires. The same yellow mark was still on the same drivers side front tire. I went back into the shop and the clerk said my car was all ready to go. I told her I needed my tires rotated first. She told me the "technician" already rotated my tires. Then the mechanic came back in and gave me a dirty look before taking my keys and pulled my car back in the shop. Then the manager came out throwing temper tandrums and ordered me to leave his shop.He was so angry he was shouting and wouldnt take any money from me. Unfortunately, the yellow marker doesnt lie! Let the buyer beware at the 6301 N Lincoln Midas location!! Zero stars. I thought Midas was a better company.

I had an emergency situation and needed a new tire asap. I stopped at one place and then called 6 places, all of which did not have my tire in stock; the 7th call was to Midas on N Lincoln. They didnt have the tire in stock, but Joe the manager told me to come on in, theyd order the tire and get my spare put on. I didnt have a spare, but the next day, the tire was in. When I went to get it installed and an oil change, they were busier than usual and I had to wait quite a bit before they started the process. This didnt really bother me at all, but without me saying a word about it, Joe sincerely apologized for the wait and said the oil change was on him. Really, really great service. Id come back simply for the ease of service and their ability to accommodate their customers. Great experience, Ill be back.

Joe is amazing. Not only did he take me right away, he didnt rip me off like other shops!!!! Now, it didnt take long at all for my car to be fixed to! Not only did he fix it quick, i know my car was done right b/c it feels awesome. And ten times safer. I recommend everyone and anyone to go to this shop. You can truly trust joe with fixing your car, and know this place isnt going to rip you off. My husband loves it here, n so does all my family n friends. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my car besides this place! 10 stars!!!!

I went here for a second opinion after taking my car to Goodyear down the block because my engine light was on. Goodyear originally came at me with a repair bill for almost 900 dollars. After talking with joe, the technician lead me out to my car and explained to me what was wrong and that it was just a simple valve that needed replacement. they were able to get my emissions passed and costed me only 200 dollars. Would highly recommend going here and will definitely be taking my car here from now on

Ive been to this Midas many times but this last time was the best experience I had. Joe (Or Joseph) the store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things in simple terms for a novice like me to comprehend. And Tony the technician looked at my car and saw the things that it needed in order for the car to run efficiently. Thank you Joe and Tony for your execellent service. Guys like these make people like me keep coming back. Keep up the good work fellas.

Joe Khawshaba, the store manager, was TERRIFIC!! An emergency occurred 7/12/17, and without hesitation Joe assured us that he would work on the car ASAP. He said he would get the car back to us the same day so that we would have it for work. The car was ready even earlier, and he encouraged us to test drive it to ensure that the muffler was quiet, and he couldnt have been more professional throughout. Do not hesitate to bring your car to him, and we will definitely be back.

Thats bad I mean very bad. I just had my oil changed there. And the technician over these made up the readings for my Prius Thread depth and some other readings too. Since I used to take my car to Midas Des Plaines and they did everything very well. But that location is terrible how come I have three new tires and one old and your technicians tell me that they have the same readings ??? Please stop fabricating & making readings up because its a serious matter.

Went in with a huge knocking noise coming from muffler and engine. Before going into Midas , I went into a mechanic shop that is local and they quoted me a $1200 repair estimate. The manager at Midas, Joey took the car in and 2 hours later he delivered it to me without any noise and only a $210 repair cost. Midas,because of the way I was taken care of by Joey and the staff your company gained a customer for life. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service. They physically took me to my vehicle and showed me the actual problem areas. I felt as though they really wanted me to understand what was going on with my vehicle. I felt they were very honest and up front. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or trying to sell me something I didnt really need. Highly recommend!

Joe was great at the front desk! I made an appointment for an oil change and was a little late but he still made sure I was out of there with my oil change even earlier than I was promised! He was also very friendly with good customer service! I definitely reccommend this Midas location for an oil change or any other car needs you might have!

This location is so bad they are lie expensive they lie about suspension they charge me extra for parts I dont need plus they said they did the alimentation witch is they did not do it after 1 months my wheel goes to Left side I did paid over 700 dollars for nothing this place is scam they smile and act nice but they are liars money suckers

Really glad I decided to visit Midas! Instantly felt welcomed upon my arrival as the young lady Amanda greeted me at the door and even offered me some fresh coffee! I had a $19.99 coupon for a oil change and figured why not give Midas a try! Ill defiantly be back for my next oil change and vehicle service.

I recommend this auto place to all my friends on the north side. They have a new store manager that is extremely nice and will give you too notch advise and give you affordable pricing. I couldnt have asked for better service.
