I owned a 2001 Toyota Camry. I took my car to Midas to fix a rusty exhaust pipe after being referred to them by another mechanic, because he believed they could do the job for a lower price. They never repaired it in full, but kept fixing a small piece every time I took the car in. At the fourth time, I refused to give them more money. The same fix would have cost me much less at the other shop for the whole thing. Also, the part they repaired was hanging so low that not only Id get stopped by random drivers telling me the pipe was almost falling, but I was also hitting every single speed bump. They refused to fix it even under warranty.

Went in for brakes on 2006 VW and told him I just wanted pads. He called 1.5 hours later and said it would be $900+ and if I dont do it today it will cost me an extra $1000. $1900 brake job. I came back for my unrepaired car and I asked for a quote he said he would not give me one. A repair shop that wont give a printed estimate is no place to do business. Went to another brake store and was given a written quote and for what Id expect, a bit more than half Midas price. Go figure. Stay away for your own good.

Went in for an oil change for a 2009 ford focus, midas told me I needed new rear tires and shocks and it would cost around $1000. I told them thanks but no. The tires were less than 6 months old and had only a few thousand miles on them at the time. The following month the car was back in Pennsylvania for its annual inspection. When I asked the mechanic, he said the shocks were fine and no honest shop would have told me to replace them.

Took our Land Rover LR2 into this Midas shop with no scheduled appointment to have the brake rotors and pads repaired and had a great experience. They completed the job in the two-and-a-half hours they projected and the staff was thoughtful and professional. We were especially impressed with the attentive staff and warranty. Well be back!

Excellent, excellent service. I heard place came under new management, so I took my car in old car in (Ford Escape). Explained everything thoroughly, took me in garage showed me problem. Liked service so much I bring my new car in, Audi A4, to get serviced.

The managers use fraud to get the most money out of their customers. Do not use this location otherwise you will be paying double for what you do not need. The workers are corrupt and misleading.
