I first walked in and was greeted nicely by the man behind the counter. Thats where it all stops. I came in for an oil change on my 2007 Toyota Highlander. Im the only customer in the store, and have been waiting for 20 minutes when a young woman walks in and talks with the man behind the counter. She obviously has been here before as they are on a first name basis and have their small talk. Im not ease dropping, its a small place. She is getting an oil change as well. Its now been 35 minutes for my oil change. The woman who walked in has been waiting for about 15 minutes and the guy calls her up for car. Its been done. After the woman leaves I ask him, "How did her car get done so quickly?" He responds sharply with, "Your car has a plastic cover on the bottom that has to be taken off." I have done my oil change before and its 4 screws that remove a plastic cover that protects the oil filter. Not that hard. It took 40 minutes to complete an oil change with nobody in front of me. The woman who came in after me got her car finished due to customer preference. He then tells me my air filter is really dirty and they have them on sale for $20 and that he wont charge me for the installation service fee. This is where I lost it, I just changed my air filter I bought from Napa a week ago, and there are 2 clips that hold the filter in place. He then has the urge to tell me that they tested my battery and the "terminals," are weak. This place overcharges for their awful service and try to push their products and services so hard. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is the worse Ive ever been through. Go anywhere else!

Excellent experience. My Honda CRV was making a chattering noise between 40 and 60 miles per hour. I was thinking that it may have been a loose heat shield or a transmission problem. I bet some shops would have charged me for a trans service , fluid change or worse a major trans service. However, Duxler quickly diagnoses the problem as a loose part in the wheel well. They re affixed the loose part while I waited about 20 minutes. Duxler did not charge me for the repair or the diagnosis!!!!

Really not understanding how I paid for new air pump, specifically because I knew Id need it for emissions testing this September to get sticker. Not a cheap repair...and had it replaced late February at Duxler and now service engine light on. Had it tested, code is airpump!! So it was either faulty part or job not done correctly. Im really upset and have to go back in to see WHY ID need to pay to have same part replaced only 6 months later. Absolutely furious.

Because they are hard working guys who do the right thing! Muller Honda recommended work we did not need. These guys caught it and said we didnt need it. Wont deal with Muller Honda EVER again. I laugh when I hear the Muller Honda commercials about integrity. Duxler Rocks! If you want to take a chance, go to Vegas! If you want your car done right without getting overcharged, come to Duxler!

Good, speedy, reasonably-priced oil change, good service, but when they found a part about to go and offered to replace it, they tried to charge me 25x the price of the part, not including labor. Get your oil changed here but for the love of God do not get repairs here.
