I always receive the BEST treatment when visiting this salon. I have a very busy work schedule which prevents me from getting a hair done on any regular interval. I love that I can call the shop, and be recognized as a returning customer by the very attentive front desk associates. Samantha is always friendly, and supper helpful with finding me a time that works for everyone on short notice. Megan Miller always greats me with a smile, and is professional and fun! She works her magic and uses the skills she is constantly learning to ensure I am satisfied with the results. I have never felt rushed out the door, nor have I had to wait long to be seated. All in all this is the best place I have ever had my hair cut.

An outstanding hair and makeup salon. I have been going to JKL for nearly 2 years, and continue to be even more satisfied each time. Styles are created for the client after consultation which make you feel and look great -- I see Janie. Ken is renowned for being the best colorist in town. Janie and Ken are the husband/wife owners and they are always on top of the latest hair products and treatments. All staff are friendly and professional. Most important, appointments are kept on time. For the first time in my life, I have actually had men and women come up to me and say how great my silver hair looks, perhaps attributed to the new JKL glaze treatment.

I fly in from California for color, cut and keratin on a regular basis because Ken and Megan have worked miracles with my color. In addition Ken gives me the best hair cut I have ever had. I can actually blowdry and style my hair so that it looks almost as good as when Megans does it. Their Keratin treatments and products are unsurpassed. Best cut and color Ive ever had and have stuck with JKL Salon for several years. Ive followed Janies advice every time Ive "felt like a change" and have fallen in love all over again. I always revert back to what she suggested the first day I met her, but the changes are fun, too. I get tons of compliments and love that her work will last until I get the time to get back in for her to work her magic.

Ken is great with my color and Janie has found a way to tame my thick course hair and make it look great even in the Louisiana humidity. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. LUV JKL!! Could never go anywhere else. Guest at the salon since 5 years and have never gone anywhere else. They have transformed my appearance. Their new custom JKL hair products are out of this world and made for humid climates! Who doesnt need that here in Louisiana.
