walked in, never greeted, ever. waited in main lobby for 30 minutes. woman passed by twice and never said hello or that she would be a minute. decided to leave because 30 minutes without even being greeted is absurd. then the same woman enters the main lobby door way to watch me drive away.

They do amazing eyebrows! The only down fall is there is no system as to who is next in line for their services and I find that there are never enough workers so things tend to move at a slow pace. I try to be patient, because I dont let anyone else in BR touch my eyebrows.

Went there 3-4 times for eyebrow threading..my eyebrows looked great! After the one in the mall had closed..I hadnt loss hope when I found out this place did eyebrow threading too. Im addicted. The people who work there are really nice too.

I have been getting my eyebrows done here for years. I love this place. Like others say, make sure you call before-hand to make sure they are open. Other than that, be patient and wait because she does great work!

I love this place; however, you never know when the business will be open or closed. When calling to inquire the owner said that "is the nature of a small business".
