Hello there my name is Isac Botelho. I work for east baton rouge sheriff office On April, I went to LA Fitness at 6474 Siegen Lane in baton rouge to enroll for gym membership. As the General Manager was filling out the paperwork he also told about their Personal trainer class. And he told me how they would work for muscle groups and make dietary plan for me every 2 weeks and make a fitness assessment, and one of my questions was "Can I cancel personal trainer at any time??" and he replied quote "yeah yeah I will get there". He made me believe was doing everything to the best of my interest, it felt like he cared about me. Well, he did not.. I come to find out he signed me for 3-year membership and never told me he was doing that. He booked me for a 1-year term for Personal Trainer and did not tell about any of that again he did not say any terms of the contract. He made me think I was signing up for monthly bases by telling me and will quote one more time "yeah yeah I will get there" and he never ever mentions of long-term commitment for my gym membership or Personal trainer. He was dishonest by not telling me the whole plan, by not explaining what I was signing not showing me the documents prior to signed. Im really unhappy with LA fitness management. And know I had to pay $1000 dollars to cancel my Personal Trainer and I only had 2 classes taken no fitness assessment was done beside the $1000 I also paid 2 month worth of PT $400 and again I only had 2 classes. He should have told me about the terms and not hide them. He was dishonest by not telling what he was signing me up. And Im really upset about it. I have to work really hard for my money. He is the type of man that only wanna draw a check no matter how he gets it.

This an awesome location, super nice people. You can always get a machine. If you join as a PF Black Card member you can also get the tanning beds, a guest for free, hydro massage beds, the works. Its like its own spa. I highly recommend this club!

Clean gym with a lot of cardio machines, some free weights & machines. Only complaint is that there is only One chest fly/rear deltoid machine. Best to go in the morning ☀ between 9am-1pm if you dont want to wait.

no water pressure and hard water. almost impossible to get the soap off. worst showers ever. and, lots of man hair in bottom of shower. no one cleaned up after gym manscaper performed unspeakable acts in this shower.

Good prices, but needs a sauna or some other things other then the general basics. Other states have haircuts or something special in those areas. A special attraction would bring more people to planet fittness.

Clean, well kept and friendly staff. So many fitness centers smell like a dirty gym locker room, here no smell. There have a great assortment of machines and lots of each so you never have to wait.

My favorite Planet Fitness facility. But I was about to cancel my membership due to time and travel constraints but now that they are opening the Denham Springs location, I can keep my membership!

Bathrooms need more cleaning constantly... but service is friendly, machines all work, and the morning crowd is scarce so thats good
