My Transformation Success Story I have always wanted to lose weight and have tried several fad diets, which resulted to me being on a yo-yo weight cycle. I saw where Transform FX would offer the opportunity to help you lose weight and I wasnt a believer because everything you see on Facebook may not always be real. However, as I continued to watch I noticed several people whom I had personal relationships with join the program. Their results were amazing and you know that seeing is believing. My journey started when I reached out to Anna (owner) about the opportunity to join. She was very polite and helpful, because I missed the orientation date. She contacted me and made it available so that I could be in the next round. This step was one of the best decisions I could have made. Let me skip to the juicy details of what makes this program set apart from any other gym or programs that are out there. It all starts with educating yourself about the body. Orientation and nutrition session was very informative. What I know now has change the way I look at foods that I place inside my body. Under Felecias leadership, I had a personal nutritionist at my hand. She answers all questions whether it was a text message, email, Facebook, or even in class session. Even through my struggles, she always reminded me of my why. She would speak softly stating, "Do you remember your why?" That statement brought be back to why I started, which was to be a better me for my family. Then the adventured began. I was so excited to start classes (until they blew the whistle, LOL). Jordan is the morning training and DJ is the afternoon trainer. With their knowledge of training the body, I begin to see the transformation take place. One of the best thing about them both is their patience, support, and motivation. When I wasnt doing something correctly, they did not just let me continue to do it wrong. They came over and supported me to make sure I was getting the technique correct. When I felt like giving up, it was nothing for them to say your name and continue to push you harder. (Many trainers at class, dont have that personal relationship with their members or even know your name.) So, here was my break down: Weigh in started at 252.0, Week One: I was down to 245.2, Week Two, I was down to 242.2, Week Three, I was up to 243.4, Week Four, I was down to 239.8, Week Five, I was down to 235.8, and for final weigh out Week Six, I weighed out 227.4. A total of 24.6 pounds and 15.5 inches!!!!!!! WOW!!!! Can you say EXCITED! That was the most wonderful feeling to know that I had succeeded. Then I hear Seans (co-owner) voice saying that you cant look behind, you must focus on what is ahead of you. With that as a reminder, Im continuing to move forward for an additional 20 pounds. The support of the group members at sessions were astonishing! We encouraged each other from the beginning to the end. Thats what a true family does! The Bible states in James 2:20, "But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?" I stepped out on Faith and put in the work and the results speaks for itself. Thank you to this incredible group of people, waiting for the opportunity to impact and change someone elses life! Transform FX ROCKS!!! Dana Harris

ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I’VE EVER MADE!!!! TransformFX was a mystery to me and to be honest, one that I thought I didn’t even want to solve. So, after attending an Orientation over a year ago, I opted to pass on the opportunity. After leaving the Orientation something still kept my mind going back to what I heard at there and testimonies I heard and saw. I kept thinking about challenging myself somehow. Also, having that strong desire of desperately needing and wanting a change. Early this year, I kept seeing posts about the challenge and also finally personally knew some people doing the challenge. Instantly, that mystery seemed more interesting to me and I felt that it was a sign that TFX was the answer for me!! I was ready for a change!! I had so many WHY’S!! I needed to drop weight I had been gaining inexplicably. I needed to get myself in better shape and get off some of the medication I was taking! I wanted to not be winded when walking in the parking lot to my car or from walking up or down three or four steps (not flights, STEPS)! SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE…FOR THE BETTER!!! One day, soon thereafter, there was another pop up post from TFX on my Facebook timeline and I knew this was my chance to unveil this mystery that I felt was presenting itself to me. I’m so happy that I stepped out of faith and took advantage of the life changing opportunity that was presented before me! My experience has been AMAZING, LIFE-CHANGING, HUMBLING and truly a BLESSING in disguise! The team here at TFX are PHENOMENAL!! Never did I once feel overwhelmed, unwelcomed, nor uncomfortable in this expectantly uncomfortable “out of the box” journey I was about to embark upon. The meal plan is very diverse and easy to follow and in my opinion not overly drastic! The FTDI concept is GENIUS and truly awe-inspiring! My results with the program have been wonderful thus far and have made me feel so good about myself, both inside and out and bring on a positive and optimistic view about the rest of my journey that lies ahead! I lost a total of 21.8 pounds and 22 inches on my first round! OUTSTANDING… Wouldn’t you agree?! Had a bumpy start to my second round, but I’m sure I’ll be very pleased with the end results…there’s no turning back and no regrets! I’ve pushed myself to new heights and I’m so grateful that the team at TFX pushed me as well! Life-changing, wonderful, awe inspiring, humbling, a blessing and professional; yes, those are all words that I can’t help but to keep using to describe my experience, this “mystery” I’ve unveiled and TransformFX itself! Thanks so much Anna, Sean, Felecia, DJ (my Coach) & Jordan!!! You all rock and are very much appreciated!! Please know that your love (both for what you do and for the Challengers and Members), time, hard work, dedication and support doesn’t go unnoticed one bit!!

I am a 52 year old male who for more than 15 years have been in less than good health. I have had at least 15 kidney stones. At least 6 of them removed by lithotripsy. Have had at least 4 surgeries ranging from ulnar nerve transposition ( funny bone nerve had to be moved in right elbow), carpel tunnel release, carpel release, ganglion cyst removal, 2 spinal taps to determine if I had too much (" water on the brain"). With all the symptoms i was suffering from, the drs thought I might have ALS. Devastating news. I must have gone to 6 different dr.s here in town looking and hoping for a different diagnoses. I could not get one so it was off to Houston for three days of testing with a specialist. Trying to keep this long story short, Needless to say ALS was taken off the table, but the Dr. didnt know what was wrong. Walking into door frames, my gait was off. Pain shooting up and down my right leg. Pain in my left elbow. Sciatic nerve problems. So after more tests and x rays, MRIs, ct scans, a Pars fracture was found. Leighmans terms a broken bone in my back. Probably occured when I was a kid. Tried PT to no avail. Settled on spinal fushion. L5 to S1 in Nov of 2014. Fast forward to Jan.2016 after years and years of thinking (wanting) about losing weight I had heard about Transformers FX. I made the commitment that I was ready to do this if the dr. would let me. My back will never be the same but the pain I once had is gone. Mentally, I was just so tired of putting it off and making excuses on why I couldnt do it. My first week, I felt so old. Especially trying to attempt a burpee. Half way into my second week I was able to do a complete burpee. It was not pretty but i did it. As time went on and I felt myself getting stronger and looking forward to my "special meals" Always looking forward to the "search" in 6 week transformers facebook page for new ideas on food prep. The crew at Transformers FX know exactly what to do for everyone own situation. Mine happened to be a weight plateau in week 3. I was put on carb cycling. Coming into fish week, I thought it was going to be a huge challenge to meet my 20 pound/6 week goal. However, With the mind set of never give up and no matter what I am still going to be better person. I continued on and did everything I could. The morning of weigh in I was trying on the lightest clothes that I had to make sure I didnt register too high on the scale. I came in weighing 202.4lbs before I started the challenge. I weighed out at 182lbs and losing a total of 8 inches. Best decision, best 6 weeks that I could have asked for. No regrets and moving forward with FTDI!!!!! Much thank to DJ, Felecia, and Anna for helping me make it happen. Much Love!!!!!!! David Mohr
