Worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Usually they are polite and spot on with the order. This time at this location they were not. When they first took my order in the drive thru, I asked for plenty of Buffalo sauce, ketchup and chick fil a sauce. I also asked that the 12 piece meal medium drink be divided in two kids cups. (I have 3 kids in the back). We pull up to the window and I am greeted by a young man named cade. He says to me, with his hand in his pocket and shirt slightly untucked,hey what drink did you have again. So I told him for the second time lemonade. He then hands me a medium lemonade and two kids cups. (Really?!?. Come on man, split the drink for the customer and the kids. Dont leave them with an empty cup.) He then hands me a single bag with our food pouring out of it (suggest putting it in two bags) with 3 straws (I ordered 4 drinks. Mine my wifes and two kids that can use a straw. Come on man! Simple math. 4 drinks need 4 straws.) At this point I am irritated due to his demeanor and lack of professionalism, I pay and go. When we get into the overflowing bag of food, we discover at the bottom of the bag only two ketchup, two chick fil a sauce and barbecue sauce. Barbecue not buffalo. (Said it clear as day twice. And how is two of each plenty? Come on man! Get it right and put 3 or 4 in the bag!) And my wife ordered a sandwich with out cheese. Come on, take the 60 cents off. You charge 60 cents to add it so why not take it off? And no military or first responder discount either? Come on. The good news is this was my very first bad experience at a chick fil a.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Denham Springs location. The waffle fries were cold and poorly salted, there was virtually no whipped cream on my extra whip oreo milkshake, i asked for avocado lime ranch dressing and somehow ended up with creamy salsa, which i normally would chalk up to a minor and forgivable mistake but the servicer didnt even bother to read me back my order. Had there been a long line i would have understood the rush but there was a relatively short line. I was in the drive-thru and the people assisting me were more concerned with their conversation than providing the service expected of a chick-fil-a employee. As a former employee i was very unhappy to see service this poor. I suggest other locations such as the Millerville location.

only one organic option. apple juice. especially a christian place should adhere to moral and ethical values such as sustainability and regenerative practices. the fact that this christian places chooses financial profits over good ethics is an example of hypocrisy. and not only hypocrisy and environmental destruction but unhealthy food which is harmful to humans. the only saving grace is that their chicken recipe tastes good. please align you spiritual values with your business practices chick fil a.

Way to religious,got called a satanist twice and was told I should burn my tattoos from my flesh by multiple people. While I was eating my food a worker said I was going to hell because my tattoos I feel you might wanna walk in here armed because these people are like the hills have eyes bible thumping types. You know! An awful lot of Honkys.

This place is awesome. Fantastic service. Very quick and always accurate. They also have fantastic events such as Kids Club and Daddy/Daughter Date Nights. This is the one fast food place that I actually like to go to.

The staff is friendly like ever other Chick-fil-A Ive been to and the food is better than I remember. Pretty packed at almost anytime during the day. Get ready to sit in line but the food comes out quick.

Very quick and courteous service. Accurate and fresh. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. My only gripe is the layout of the drive thru / parking lot, but thats just a personal opinion.
