That magic swamp dust is the staple to all my Cajun dishes for my family back here in Alabama. It gives such an authentic Louisiana taste to so many dishes from pasta to shrimp and soups, eutouphea, eggs, biscuit and gravy and so much I cant even tell you how good it is on pork tenderloin! Just love that stuff!!
