TROPIC EXPRESS CAR WASH I ran my Cadillac Escalde through this wash at noon today. The wash is dangerous and tore off my third break light and loosened my spoiler! Upon exiting the wash the manager tried to tell me that they were hanging when I entered the wash and they were aftermarket parts that he was not responsible for! I demanded to see the video and the video showed that they were fine before entering the wash but he still refused to fix my escalade! Next, He tried to say that they must have been loose and the blower must have blown them off! The cameras inside the wash clearly show that the wash portion is what broke the third brake light off and loosened the spoiler not the blower! Frauds and liars! I dont recommend them and will tell all my friends not to go there.

James Houtman...I experienced the same little fat guy. I have been going here at least twice a week since the flood. Went one day right before it started to rain just to use the vacuum cause my little girl spilled popcorn in car and immediately chubs charges me like Im stealing a car telling me I need to wash my car first. I tried to explain what the deal was and that I wasnt going to wash my car with a storm over head and he told me, "we dont just give vacuuming away." What a douche! Every other car wash has true "free vaccums." Ill never go to this place again and I told him just that. My husband and I are business owners. Unless the owner is a prick too, he needs to clean house before he loses his business.

I have been going there at least twice a week for a little less than a year. Always vacuuming first then went through the wash. Today a heavy set gentleman about 5 feet 7 or so walked (very quickly) raising his voice saying I have to wash the car first then vacuum. When I said I have always done this, he got very rude and said they have signed posted and just never been caught before. REALLY!!!! Caught stealing the air from the vacuum. To many car washes out there to deal with them. Do Not Recommend, unless you want to be accused of stealing air from the vacuum.

Great wash for the price, never had an issue with the employees. Most carwashes place the vacuums after the wash and they didnt so people try and take advantage sadly. Location is great, considering there arent any like it in Watson.

I love this place. I have been going for years. I like the prep clean areas and the fact vacuums are free with wash. The vacuums are super nice to. Have to say best car wash in livingston parish in my opinion.

This place is horrible the car wash isnt a 15 dollar car wash, maybe 5. The staff there needs To work on their people skills. I will never return to this astablishment.

Well it doesnt get all your car clean, but they have a new policy you must wash your car before you are allowed to vacuum it so they had vacuum police monitoring you

I would describe my experience here was absolutely amazing. The manager mike and Bryan. And Steve are great ppl. Ive been going there for 2 years. And love it.

Very nice car wash. FREE prewash to get the bugs and road grime off. FREE vacuum includes an automatic floor mat vacuum. Closes earlier than Bennys though.
