This is litterally the Best Car wash. I was skeptical at first because usually anything that claims to be the best falls short of the best (like ITworks when really it doesnt). When I pulled into the wash I got the premium package for my 2008 Suburban. During the wash Unicorns mustve galloped around and insured every nook and cranny was scrubbed maticulously. When I pulled out my car looked better than it did leaving the dealership in 08. Then I hit the vacuums. They sucked up every particle placed in front of them. I had to be careful they didnt enhale the entire carpet mat when doing the mats. While vacuuming I realized they also had a scent spray for inside. Now every time I enter my vehicle youd think its a party in the Bahamas with Jimmy Buffet because of the Pina Colada smell. Would give them a 10/5 star rating if I could. You want the best go to "The Best"

This used to be the "Best" car wash in the area, but its one of the worst now. They adjusted their soap mix to a much lower mix than needed. The trash cans are ALWAYS overflowing, the vacuums wont work, because their bins are ALWAYS full. The bays themselves are barely cleaned out once a week, so your guaranteed to track mud/rocks/dirt back into your car after washing. Also, if you dont use the 1st or 2nd stalls, it takes almost a minute of use to clear the soap out of the line before you get a true rinse. OHH, and the credit card machine defaults you to $10! nothing cheaper! I cant comment on the auto-wash, but the self service here is sub-par. Stay away.

The Pro-Touch machine almost never works as it should. The overhead roller will come down, touch the bumper then for some reason it retracts back up top. Its infuriating especially when you get the 11$ wash. Then theres the issue with the CC terminals. At least 2 of the bays never work. Simple solution is to just bring coins but still, if youre going to have something there, at least ensure it all works, especially considering the price!

Serves its purpose when equipment is functioning properly. Machines take money without giving credit. Expect a runaround when trying to get a refund. Dont expect a refund. Will go back when in a crunch, when machines do work...they get the job done.

Got a flat tire while using. Automated voice told me to back up, and then the contraption on the ground punctured my tire. Owner answered phone first time-good. I texted him photos. Waiting to hear back. So far nothing.

Worst car wash Ive ever been to. Vacuums are terrible. Spent $12 on a wash.... as Im drying my car, my rag is turning black! This car wash didnt even get the dirt off!

really sucks new 2017 vehicle only sprayed a little cleaner on half *** rinse most of the soap still on what a waste of 18 bucks wont use again

Touch wash does a good job, but the manual washes dont seem to work at all if you use coins or dollar bills...
