This is a typical, stay in your car drive through wash. There are $5, $10 and $15 options and you pay at the drive-up machine with cash or a card. I went with the $10 wash. They also offer monthly rates for you frequent washers out there. At the entrance to the wash, an attendant washed my front and back windows and front grill and bumper. He then gave me a free air freshener! The wash, itself was pretty good and I was satisfied with the result, with my vehicle being clean with only a couple small, hard to reach areas still showing a little residue. To be fair, the car was REALLY dirty when I arrived! After you exit the wash, you can pull into the vacuum area and avail yourself of that service for $1, if desired. Overall pleased and will likely go back.

Have used this several times but never again. I have a relatively new luxury car (25K miles) in beautiful condition. After my last wash, the trim on my drivers door was loose and bent. Manager says my trim must have been loose before the wash (no way - I say - I would have noticed this and there was no condition to occur to make it loose). Manager thinks the laws of statistics suggest that trim just comes loose by itself and then bent in the car wash. Not returning here again (too bad - was handy for my frequent visits to the area).

The $12 wash (most expensive) scratched my new 2013 Dodge Charger last week (February 2014). I filed an incident report with management and after reviewing photos they claim we had "stuff" on our car before entering the carwash. Why do you think we came here? I wish I could upload these photos on Google to show everyone. There is a 2ft wide circle of scratches on the trunk of my new car and they didnt even say sorry. Please dont waste your money on this place. America deserves better.

We following the attendants instructions exactly. The car was pulled of the rollers and hit a pole, denting the front. Got the runaround for weeks from Josh, the owner. Tried to blame it on us. Couldnt keep our record straight because there have been so many of these accidents recently. We are contacting our insurance and lawyer, and will post the resolution so that you all can benefit as well.

Back of van did not get clean. And yes, attendant did scrub back... At least thats what I saw him doing lol. I dont like the fact that the car rolls in neutral. I prefer the ones where Im stopped. Only gave two stars because of the free floor mat cleaner and vacuums.

We visited the location at Mexico and Kimberly. Damaged 2 of our vehicles. Claimed we didnt load the car properly, however we were following their directions. Our money is best spent at a reputable establishment. This isnt it. Dont waste your money.

Not bad over all. Prior to entering the wash, the guys using the brush prior to machine only did part of the driver side and didnt touch the passenger.... Needed change the guy said nothing available so wasnt able to purchase towels, etc.

Damaged my wheels twice at this location. The manager looked at it and said - If the wheels get damaged the tires too get damaged. No damage to tires - so wheel not damaged by car wash. Abracadabra!!!

Love love love this car wash. Free vacuums and friendly service. Also a free air freshener with a car wash. Does a really good job cleaning your vehicle.
