Yes, the staff I interacted with were all pleasant. However, I was dissatisfied with my experience on two fronts: The two college students who worked on detailing my car were obviously intelligent and motivated. However, there was evidently no management supervision of the finished product and when I got home and was able to examine the car more carefully, I did see some areas that were not cleaned.The carpet in the hatchback area was not shampooed. Secondly, when they called to say that my car was ready, I asked if it was dry. I was told it was. Not true. When I reached my car all the upholstery was covered with plastic and I was told to take it off when I got home so that the car would not smell moldy. Today, the front floor is still damp. Very disappointing. I am accustomed to detailing services that include the use of an appropriate dryer. Last but not least -- I learned that this company does not pay minimum wage because the employees get tips. I have serious questions about where that is legal. It certainly isnt ethical in my books!

My wife gave me seat covers for Christmas because my front suede leather seats were so dirty. They were that way when I bought the car used a year ago and I just never got around to taking care of them. I asked her if we could return the covers and use the money to clean them instead because I dont like seat covers. She said sure but where? Since we had used Country Club many times before for washing the cars l decided to try them. What they did was close to miraculous, I thought they had put in new seats. Not only was job on the seats excellent but the carpeting as well and I was able to get the car back in about three hours. They are always pleasant and professional and I could not be happier.

I brought my new truck in there and it had a new camper shell. Paid for the wash and hand wax. Noticed while having lunch across the street that they were not waxing the camper shell so I called and complained to some idiot manager named Tim. He said they dont wax the camper shell part. I asked why and he said that is seperate from the truck. I told them I just watched them do a suv and they did what amounts to the same thing. He wouldnt do anything and after I told him that is a bunch of bs they soon after stopped working on my truck. I just got totally ripped off from these scam artist. Beware, maybe you will get ripped off next......

Love this car wash! Wish I didnt live in Illinois. I bought the full service wash with the additional seat cleaning. My seats front and back were terribly stained, including grease staining from a spaghetti dish that overturned. Our efforts to clean these seats were a complete failure. Ron and his young helper did a phenomenal job, working on the fabric until the seats looked brand new. I am thrilled! (Finger wag for Lacey, who said she had called me to pick up my car, but no such call was on my phone.) I will be using this car wash any time I am in the area. Thank you for your fine service!

Paid like 60 dollars with +10 and after seeing the car they didnt clean anything on inside which I paid like special $13 for that. Never happened last before,Looks like all new faces and dont know whether they knew anything about detailing. I dont want to be picky after paying so much for all the detailing and keep searching whether they cleaned everything or not, that sucks.... I just want to get the wash and just go, Would go to another location or different one next time.

It is an ok car wash. It is overpriced for the level of service provided in my opinion. Where I used to live, there was a much better full service car wash for less and they did a better job. Too often here I would notice lots of missed spots. I used to go here regularly thinking my expectatuons were too high. Later I found better places to go locally.

Got the full service detail package, asked specifically for attention to the doors and jam guards, as there was a lot of dirt built up. After getting my grandmas car home and inspecting, turns out they barely touched the interior of the doors (expect for the drivers side, of course). Had to finish the job myself.

Love getting my Jeep washed here. They have a great staff that works really hard. They really put a lot of detail into the exteriors. The interior cleaning is hit and miss most times but its always clean enough for me to not ask for a rewash. My car always looks good when I leave.

You pay $36 + tips for so called Best Wash and end up +1 hour by yourself just cleaning legitimate dirt left by the staff! Either staff doesnt care what they do or they have no clue how to do this right! Thats not the first time I need to clean up the dirt!

For the money this car wash does a great job people are friendly they will go out of there way to address any problems you have open all year round!!
