Bad from the initial customer service as I pulled up into the property. After paying $65 for something called a "VINYLEXPKG" (not offered as a published package) where the inside vinyl would be wiped down, I asked what else I was to receive for the additional $32 on top of $33 "Whole Thing" package. They indicated that was it. Ok. So I got in my car only to pull forward 10 feet to wave over the guy in the lot who wrote up the order. I pointed out areas on the dashboard and doors handle that were clearly untouched as well as the back floorboards that were very poorly vacuumed according to anyones standards. I told him this is unacceptable and that I wont be coming back. BTW - my car was not dirty to begin with so it was easy to identify what was attempted to be cleaned. I then drove 30 minutes home only to think about whether or not the trunk of my 4-door sedan was vacuumed. Once parked in my driveway, I popped the trunk and was not surprised to find out that Waterway never opened it as several leaves where in the middle of my empty trunk. Why is it to so difficult for people to do the basics??? is it mental laziness?, physical laziness? incompetence? complacency? BTW-Im a 50 year old man that has never written a review on the internet, but felt compelled to write my first one today. I suppose I should give the automated machine a "3 star rating for assumed consistent mechanical operations, but a "0" for the series of humans involved in the process. That averages out to a "1.5" star rating in which I will take the liberty to round down to a "1" star. Needless to say, I will never go back........... Sincerely, Absolutely Unacceptable

Having been a car club member for a number of years (6, I think) its hard fo me to read the negative reviews. I have never experienced anything other than courteous and good service. Of course, infrequently, I might point out an issue like bugs on the hood or headlights. Heck, these kids are out working (some for the first time) instead of sucking on their parents teats. They make mistakes. And once pointed out, again infrequently, they are fixed. Some folks have no idea what an auto detailing is. Its way beyond a car wash and simple vacuum with windows cleaned. Ive watched them put up with folks who are not pleased easily. I have never observed anything other than a quick courteous response. I believe some of the reviews posted are plants from other organizations that want for more customers.

Ive used this wash hundreds of times. They do a great job - better than most. Keep in mind that this is just a full service wash, not a detailing service. Never scratched paint or damage, and they always dry from the top down (as they should). Always using clean towels, but you have to forgive an occasional streak somewhere on a window - this is a wash. Ive read reviews from all over the place, and it seems that people want a detailing job for $20 - Itll never happen. Pay $130, or get more involved with you car if you want that. I will tell you that Ive seen some extremely ($150K+) expensive cars roll through with no complaints.

Took my car to get cleaned and waxed, but instead of that they took off my paint on my 2011 car. Talked to the manager and he was rude and the only thing he had to say was smart ass comments and that it was my fault. Car has never had any issues with paint until I ran it through their car wash. They are not taking any responsibility.

Ive been a club member customer for probably 15 years. Its a tremendous value if you wash your car even weekly. The staff is extremely well trained and always do a good job. While I mainly visit this location, Ive been to all the others around town and two locations in KC - the result is always a great wash.

I brought the full service package for $33.The service was terrible. They did not clean the console, the trunk and back seat and doors. I asked them to clean the area they missed. They still did not clean it. I ended up having to do it myself in front of them. This is a total waste of money!

I had my window smashed and multiple items stolen. Took the van to have it vacuumed. Glass was everywhere. They did a great job cleaning it up, were very nice and professional. Then they didnt charge me for the help.

I thought the people moved very slow which lead to my Truck have a TON of water spots on it!! I was not happy!! They spent 2 seconds hand drying my car. In my opinion Waste OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car went through the wash and thats about it. They did hardly any vacuuming or interior cleaning. Very expensive for an inferior service.

$14 for a wash and vaccum. They didnt do a great job..why would I want to go again when they dont even so much as dust the interior for $14?
