I will begin my complaints here and continue on all social media sites I can to prevent another person from being treated the way I was today. If were only the fact that my inspections sticker is now ripped that would have been one thing. But to have the OWNER of the company be so rude, and even follow me to my car arguing with me that all it needs it tape....WOW! He then offered me a free car wash as he continued to argue or cut me off and not allow me to reply. Please be mindful of who you trust to provide good service, this OWNER is in it for the money and if you dont like it he will certainly show you how aggressive and crude he can be while he rips you off! I spent over $50.00 there on various items; it’s more expensive than most car wash’s but until today well worth it. Please do not spend your hard earned money with the place, the owner is ill tempered and if I were not on his property I would have called the police as he was just that aggressive.

Absolutely a joke of a place. Should have followed my instincts when a place zero customers in the parking lot its for a reason!!! Its awful!! First of all the wash is poor quality and the blowers only take 60% offspring I guess you get what you pay for for $5. The topper was when he wanted me to pay $15 for a simple vacuum. Come on, how about no fricking way. $20 for absolute terrible job!!! GET YOUR CAR WASHED ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I initially requested a wash package with some customizations. They suggested a different package that would provide the same services, but cost a few dollars less. There were some streaks left on the hood after the first wash, apparently from some excess wax from the last time the car was waxed. They offered to wash it a 2nd time, and that took care of it. Looks great.

Today they told me my car couldnt be washed because I have a bike rack. Ive been here before with the same car and this was never a problem. This was frustrating and it caused a very bad customer experience so I am never going back.
