I am a repeat customer because it is convenient most of the time. I always purchase the Ultimate Wash, probably the best option for your dollar. I love the greeting when pulling up as the gentleman that writes up my wash ticket/receipt is very friendly and always remembers me. He continually comments on how my car is never dirty and hes correct, i take great care of my Lexus. The wash itself is great, love that it it touch-less wash, hate car washes that use brushes, worst thing for your car! On the other hand the vacuum staff is very inconsistent, hardly ever vacuum the seats of the car, most of the time I have to remind them to do so and shouldnt have to, vacuuming seats takes less than 1 minute! The towel dry and interior cleaning staff may be some of the worst in town and management should be having a closer look at the half ass job they do. Theres no reason why any vehicle should be done within 2-3 minutes. I, like most customers tend to drive off because at a glance things look ok, but be sure to check your rear window, they never, almost never ever clean it from the inside!!!! Also, takes less than a minute to pop the trunk and wipe around it, that never happens either. Waterway is 5 minutes down E. Manchester and they definitely put forth more care in making sure your vehicle is spotless. You may pay a couple extra dollars and waterway is not touch-less, but it can be worth if that does not bother you. Anyhow, Ill continue to go to Speedy and know now to tell the staff what they have missed, but shouldnt have to do that almost every time. This is on Management however, they need to be more strict with staff about making sure customers are leaving with a clean car. If this has already been addressed by management, then it should be addressed again and if it continues to be a problem, then unfortunately changes should be made with the cleaning staff. There are a lot of good hard workers out there.

YOUVE BEEN WARNED!! To bad you cant put a 0 star. So to start off I never care to write reviews that are bad because most of the time they arent worth the time, but this place is just terrible and people should be warned and I feel it my duty to do so. I started going here b/c it was brushless and I just purchased a new truck. I signed up and was super happy, then came the bad. First off the owner is flat out rude and acts as if your wrong whenever you ask for anything. I showed up at 530 and he said they shut down early. I asked to at least get my gas discount and he moaned and groaned at that request. Then i simple wanted to use the drive through wash and he said I had to PAY for it even tho he closed down early and I pay 43 dollars a month. I could go on about 3 other times but you get the point. I went to cancel and they told me I had to pay out the next full month even tho i wasnt using it. I had to call my bank and fight the charge which i won obviously. The actual job of cleaning is OK ... when you drive off you get water spots everywhere. I had my entire tailgate left dirty once. So if you like mediocre work done and enjoy dealing with bad customer service and a terrible owner go here. If you truly appreciate your car and how well its cleaned and your treated go up the street to AUTO SPA in Ellisville. They take the extra time to use air pressure to blow all water out of cracks so you never get left with water spots when you drive away. They have the same brushless wash and have same plans at the same price they just do a 10x better job. And if you dont believe me about how bad this owner is go look at his responses to bad reviews on yelp. It just further more shows his arrogance and rudeness.

Went inside and prepaid for a car wash on 8/04 and was told my price for gas was 2.09 combined with a wash by the guy and girl behind the counter, so I asked for them to get the calculator out because I needed 25 gallons of premium. I payed them and went to the pump. Pump ended up stopping at 21.5 gallons because the price per gallon was different at the pump. I went inside and tried to resolve the issue by showing her the price per gallon was different. She acknowledged and said oh Im sorry we made a mistake. We thought you wanted regular gas. This didnt even make sense because regular was $1.99. Why would I pay 10 cents more for gas. Im getting the terrible car wash in order to save on my full tank. Lol. I mentioned to her that I was very obvious and said I need 93 fuel at least 3 times and they confirmed. She said ok go pump the 3.5 gallons and I said thank you and walked out to pump. She then wouldnt turn the pump on and came over the speaker saying I would have to come in and pay for the gas again.....this is the worst part. As Im standing at the pump, the prices start to blink and they change the price of regular 87 gas from $1.99 to $2.09 to try and act like it was my fault... I couldnt believe these Filthy Thieves, they admitted to the mistake, didnt resolve it and then went on and tried to lie right to my face. I couldnt talk or be around these people any longer as I was very disgusted and repulsed. I simply told them that this isnt 1990 and that for 3.5 gallons of gas they stole from me, they can keep it and Ill leave them a bad review. ALSO IM PRETTY SURE WHAT THEY DID WITH THE PRICE FIXING WAS SUPER ILLEGAL. Yay!

Too bad there wasnt a zero star. I took my convertible to Speedy Car wash last week. I had never used a drive thru car wash on this car before. I asked the attendant if it would be safe to use for a convertible. She assured me my car would be perfectly safe. I trusted her. Big mistake. Drove thru the automatic wash with my teeth rattling. Left the car for the inside cleaning crew to do their job. Upon checking for cleanliness, I asked that they clean the papers/ leaves under the pedals. Got in the car and immediately put the top down. Alls well, right? Hardly. Had my top down for the week. It started to rain so I put the top up. The back window totally came out of the canvas top. The seal was broken from the inside causing the window to slip. I called Steve the owner to ask for his insurance company so I could make a claim. He became very aggressive and shouted at me. He said they had video of the car with the window intact but the video wasnt shot from the inside if the car where the seal was clearly broken. The replacement is $1700.00. I should have looked up the ratings which is a three and more customers were very unhappy than happy. Please if you have a convertible,dont get your car washed there. And read the other reviews. Buyer beware.

SCAM ALERT!!! All I can say is WOW, in the worst possible way. I had my car cleaned, $130, and when I left my front seat was moved all the way to the forward position. When I went to move it back it wouldnt work. I called and spoke to the "owner" and he immediatley got defensive saying there was no way they could have been responsible. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to go back so he could "inspect" my seat. He said that I was missing a screw in my motor housing and insisted it was broke when I brought it in. I asked, "If it was broke, how did your employees move it forward?" He told me to contact an engineer, he had no idea. He then began to argue with me and then walked away. Before he walked away he said" Its under warranty so what are you worried about!" CLASSY!!! This place is a scam! And the owner could really use some lessons in customer service! BEWARE!!!!! So now I get to do to the dealer and have their mistake fixed on my dollar! You should be ashamed of your outlandish business practices!
