Carefull when the ground is cold enough to form ice I brought my truck in to clean off the salt and didnt notice that exit of the car wash was covered in black ice, someone tried to warn me but it was too late, now I have a grapefruit size bruise on my back. My guess others have suffered the same fate or crashed there vehicles exiting the stall on the slippery decline? I know no nobody reads these but maybe I helped someone. Good luck.

I would actually give zero stars. This place ate my money and the owner is ignoring my phone calls. Now I have dried pink foam wash all over my car.
