Who knew a clean car could make you so happy? For the past several years, Waterway has been setting up at Greentree Festival in Kirkwood in September. For $5, you can spin their wheel to win a car wash. Youre guaranteed to at least win their cheapest wash, which I believe costs $7 normally, and you have a chance of winning their mega-expensive $105 wash (thats not a typo). Best of all? The money you spend on spins benefits charity. My in-laws participate every year, and after learning about it, I decided to do $20 worth of spins last year. I walked right up, and BAM! I got the $105 Max wash right on my first try. I ended up leaving with that, two express washes valued at $7 and a $33 Whole Thing. Not bad for $20! And I felt pretty awesome about getting the Max on my first spin . . . until my mother-in-law got the Max on her first spin this year. Ive been here several times and Ive never had a bad experience. I will say I would never actually pay for the Max wash because its crazy expensive and involves services (e.g., conditioning for leather seats) that my car doesnt need. However, my car looked fantastic when I picked it up after that Max--so shiny and new. I know it was technically free (apart from the massive 20% tip that honestly was more than Id ever pay for a car wash), but I was slightly disappointed that for a wash that costs a C-note, they didnt hit the trunk with a vacuum. Other than that--spotless.

I am so disappointed when I pay for a $33 wash inside and out and when I get home I feel like I need to touch up my car. My windows were smeared, and dirt still in the carpet. I paid for my wheels and tires to be done. My wheels were not even clean. My tires used to look nice and shiny but it seems like they are skimping on the amount of product they use or theyre just going too fast. Yes, they always ask if everything is ok, but who wants to checkout the entire car while there is a line of people behind you. Just do it right the first time and customers wont have to tell you what you missed.

We were given a coupon for a free express wash from our dealership and I finally put it to use yesterday! I wasnt sure exactly what was covered with the coupon, so I parked and walked in to ask. I was immediately greeted by a kind young man. After looking over my coupon, he offered to take my keys, drive it around and get it started. I went to the counter to pay/give my coupon and hung out in the waiting room. It was only a few minutes before the pulled my car back around and hand dried it. Friendly, expedient service! Ill be back!

This place is a total ripoff, charge an arm and a leg to get even the smallest wash, complained to the management and their response "what do you expect me to do about it, give you a free wash?" and laughed in my face. I asked his name and wanted to speak to the General Manager, he said his name was Jim Poelker and that he was the General Manager. I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option on google but it isnt. I would highly recommend not coming here or to any waterway locations.

Terrible service. Took over a hour from the time we entered the carwash to the time we drove off. Managers are teenagers who are managing other teenagers, not trained for customer service. Employees more worried about counting tips then cleaning cars in a timely manner. Personally when you spend $30+ on a carwash tipping should not be permitted. Waterway should rethink the management team at this location.

I have been a Waterway member for four years and avoid Kirkwood Waterway unless Shrewsbury inconvenient. This location is inefficient but good people and product. Have had a service issue but GM responded promptly and fairly. Needs a club lane for members who want to stay in car for quick wash and possible wipe dry to get cars through more quickly.

My car is not clean. I went for the more expensive wash this time hoping that it would make a difference, but there are still obvious missed places. The front exterior of the car, console, every door and back of seats did not get washed thoroughly. Even After we had them go back over things. They are fast, but not detailed.

Visiting here from San Antonio. We have the Washtub Carwash back home. Where I am use to getting Awesome service. So it was great not be disappointed here at this Kirkwood Waterway! Wonderful customer service inside and out. They were very busy but they were moving. Ryan did an Great job! Thank you D.Jones

Jeep owners...Id give them a pass. I was kicked out of their program after being loyal customer for years due to the year of my Grand Cherokee. Ive since upgraded to yet another GC, newer, and now "acceptable" to them, but after the way they dumped me, Im having a hard time returning to their fold.

Better car wash in town than do it yourself. I had hand-wax done today, it was very glossy/shiny. Though, they look like high-school kids, the result was good enough (not best). Some spot they missed but acceptable. I would recommende the "WHOLE THING" at least for the better clean.

Friendly, fast and attentive. I take my VW here regularly (especially w/ pollen season here) and have had a good experience thus far. I have the membership and the deals for gas and car washes/vacuums pay for themselves. Highly recommend.

My car is dirtier than when I brought it in. Attention to detail was terrible. The only way to get a decent carwash is to hawk over the employees and identify everything they miss. Otherwise they wont bother doing a good job.

They were too busy to take my money and do a full service wash. I was in line for 5 minutes before I was told they had a "limited menu". The last time I went they missed spots as well. Way to lose customers...

From when. I first arrive there are barely any cars been washed and then it took them almost an hour and a half to Wash and dry drive my vehicle. It was substandard service

atm fee of 3 dollars for max withdraw of 20. I guess if you dont want your employees to get cash tips anymore you charge 15% at your atm machine.

The kids there dont realize the importance of a good wipe-down at the end of the car wash. They rarely wipe things down thoroughly.
