My vehicle was damaged inside the martian car wash on Manchester road. I noticed the damage immediately while still in the car wash parking lot. I notified the attendant and they had me complete an incident report. I was told that a manager would follow up with me. Once I was finally contacted by the manager a few days later, he told me that he would send off for surveillance footage. It was a while before I heard back, so I called and spoke with a woman who told me that we are waiting on the video results. I told her that I want to see screenshots or a copy of the video, to which she became hateful and stated that I would NEVER see the video or images. So of course, the manager, Josh, called and left a message today stating that he has the video and my car was "damaged" upon entering the wash. But, I want to see this so called video. This company is extremely difficult to deal with as the line of contact stops at Josh.

First time here and I am not a fan. Initially I planned to purchase a Super Clean monthly membership, but decided to try it first to see if it was worth it. I appreciate the free vacuums and well maintained appearance, but the wash did not meet my expectations, and my car wasnt very dirty to begin with. I purchased the $15 wash specifically so I could get the clean wheel and dry services, and added $3 tire shine upgrade. When I pulled out to see how well the wash did, the paint looked great, but the wheels looked like they were untouched and the tire shine was non-existent. I spent fifteen minutes cleaning the wheels with a towel as a result. I dont plan to return to Martian Car Wash.

With a five dollar car wash, you get a wash that is fairly comparable to anything else at that price range. The wash is very quick compared to gas station washes, which made me worried I wasnt getting a thorough clean. However, my cars are just as sparkling clean at the end of the process. The free vacuums helped seal the deal for me as my go-to car wash. Theyre not only free, but they are strong and reach easily into both sides of the car. You can come equipped with your own car cleaning supplies, or you can purchase from the vending machine.

Very good value for an automatic car wash. Powerful; free vacuums and free floor mat washers. Facility is clean and well maintained and they actually keep soap/cleaners/etc. in the system so your car actually gets clean rather than just wet. *If I were to try to pick something to be improved, it would be wheel cleaning. This is a problem with pretty much EVERY automatic wash though. I would definitely recommend this car wash.

To begin with, I wasnt expecting the car wash to be free! They had a special going throughout the week. Super friendly staff, free air freshener, free vacuum, free mat cleaners, etc! The soap smells great, the inside of the wash is fun for the kids, and my car is sparkly!! Its def. the best ride through car wash in the area! We will be using this one for now on.

I was driving by last week and decided to give it a try,. While I was reading the instructions on the screen one of the very nice employees came out to see if he could help me. I chose my wash paid for it and drove through. An easy, quick and pleasant experience. Will go back and upgrade my wash next time!

Best place ever!!!! Free Vacuum!!!! $5 car wash!!! I took off one star because when I came out of the car wash, it wasnt completely dry. But, well if you pay 5 dollars thats what you will have....There is also $10 and $15 washes. I would prefer this place to everyone around Manchester rd.

This place is great and convenient. Went when they were doing their free washes. Free vacuums and an inexpensive wash when regular priced. The fact that you still get a good wash at such a cheap price is amazing and convenient.
