Absolutely worse car wash I have ever been to. Their customer service there is horrible. Everyone has an attitude. They dont answer when you call. They are always short staffed. They are liars. I went to this car wash & it broke a piece of off the top of my hood. The car wash scratched my trunk & the top of the car. I sent an email to be contacted about this incident. Kyle Jackson called me & I came in so they could take pics of my car. Kyle Jackson took pics & then Tramere did a customer contact form. Kyle Jackson told me it was protocol to go back through the car wash so they could take pics after the car was clean. I told them I didnt want to go back tbrough because it was going to scratch my car again. He insisted & walked through as the car wash washed my car. It felt like we were getting crushed. The jets were way too strong. We came out of the car wash & my whole car was scratched even worse. Kyle Jackson looked at my car & took more pics. He admitted that the car wash scratched my car even more. He said he had to review the cameras & b.s. to see if anyone else had reported scratches or anything. I talked to a couple more managers who were on b.s. also. I called multiple times & no one would answer. The people who did answer were rude & sounded very uneducated. Another manager finally contacted me & asked me what I wanted them to do for me. I said I wanted a paint job done or them to give me money for a paint job. They told me after doing their investigation they came to the conclusion the scratches were prexsisting & were done by a vacuum. Are they freaking serious? How much of an idiot can you be. That sounds so ignorant to me. I am planning on having my lawyer contact them & sue them. Its sad this has to go to court. They are just scammers h& very unprofessional. All they care about is money. I went up there & they wouldnt give me a copy of the report/fake investigation they so called did. On the desk there was stacks of complaints about damage done to other cars. If anyone else sees this post & has complaints about damage this car wash has done contact me please. Check your card people. The more proof I have the better it will look in court...

Do not recommend. Paid $15 for a car wash. Went through the wash and while vaccuuming my car, I noticed there were several scratches on my passenger side, front and back. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that nearly ALL the paint had been taken off my passenger side mirror. I walked inside to get a manager. They said no manager was on duty but that an associate would take a look. He walked outside, took one look at my car and said, "Oh yeah. This wash aint finna do that. Sorry. That aint happen here. Wanna file a damage claim or something like that?" I immediately knew there was zero point in arguing with this guy. He was already walking back inside before I could give a response to his half-hearted suggestion of filing a damage claim. Im a full time college student that works part-time. To say that money is tight would be a severe understatement. I decided to splurge and pay $15 for a car wash after finishing my final exams. It would have been great if I didnt come away with what will likely be hundreds of dollars of paint repairs. It would have also been great if the associate who came to look at my car was even remotely helpful instead of using words like "finna" and "aint happen here" before just walking away. Severely disappointed. Reading several other reviews of this place first would have brought to light that damage on vehicles seems to be more commonplace than youd think.

Hard to find a "free" vacuum anywhere, but with a wash it sure is! The wash itself is pretty good and believe me, because Ive gone to practically every automatic car wash you can go to..this is by far the best in the area. The bad: the wax on the tires that is automatically applied by the machine gets on my mud guard (Volvo s70), which Im guessing is because they move the vehicles through there so darn quickly it cant accurately get it just on the tires themselves. Also, the dryer is terrible. They call it "desert dry" which is kind of a joke, because it doesnt come close to that. If they slowed the vehicle down at the end, once again, that wouldnt be a problem. Other than that I highly recommend the car wash if youre looking to get your car very clean, inside and out. Just bring a towel!

I love this car wash its $3 for basic and goes up to around $12 for things like undercoat and shining your tires. THE BEST THING IS THE FREE VACUUMING!! No more looking for change when the vac stops way too early. I know I spent an hour one time vacuuming dog hair out of my car, and the vacuums are continuous no buttons to push no time limit and lets face it..We all are sick of looking for quarters and having to hurry up before it stops..You will never have that problem here. For $3 you can get your car rinsed off and vacuum all day if you want to. You can tell I really like this place.

First time trying, pulled into their car trap entrance. The machine would not take my new card ( that works every where else). Tried to use cash and the machine kept rejecting the bills. Pushed the help button about 20 times just to have the video keep restarting. Finally had to back out of the entrance while trying to not get hit by other cars. Because there is no way out except going forward, with a machine that wont work. I should say first and last time trying to get my car washed there. Not impressed with crappie automation and no customer service.

Ive been here multiple times and never any issues great customer service etc. However today soon as I pulled in to enter was something went wrong and manager had to come out and restart computer. I paid for $15 Lava with wax(unsure of name) wash with tire shine upgrade. My car had water, soap suds and no tire shine. Nor did it look any differentfrom when I get $10 wash. I was in a huge rush so no time to locate associate I had already been delayed 5 minutes waiting to enter the wash originally. Not surehow likely I am to return.

Went through the car wash. The tire shine/Armor All worked great and my car had a nice shine. Everything was good until I saw the hood of my car and the sides. I was vacuuming it I noticed light scratches across the top of it and sides. I just bought my car. This really makes me unhappy. :-( You assume all risks there, so no one will do/pay for anything. I called an auto body shop and they want an arm and leg just to buff out the scratch marks. So UNHAPPY!

It is famously known as $3 car wash. This is my first place to go for car wash as Im completely satisfied with every trip. I have had bad experience at other cleaning places so I always prefer this. There are various cleaning options and I like the free vacuum area. Plenty of space and easy to use machine over there. You can come out completely satisfied with your car wash. I would have loved more had there been an option to detail interior.
