Do I have to give a star to rate this? My sister found Head Rush salon and contacted them to book for my wedding in October. They worked GREAT with my sister, sent her responses, called her back etc. I live out of town and I am going at the end of May I emailed them 3 times and called once over the course of 12 days, I wanted to set up a trial run. I got NO response at all. I finally asked my sister to call and cancel, and guess what, they talked to her again, but still not me!!! I am the bride not her! I am totally discouraged by the service I did not get from this salon. I finally sent a final email telling them I no longer wanted their services and they FINALLY responded to that one saying they "accidentally" missed my first email, no mention of what happened with the other emails, guess they must have "accidentally" missed those as well as the voice mail. Such a pain and caused me so much undo stress. I would not recommend booking with them. UPDATE. The owner of the salon reached out to me and was very sweet and gave me back my money, I think the real issue here is with the ditzy receptionist.

I was intimidated by this salon at first. It is very modern and upscale. All of the stylists are super trendy, but they are also all super friendly. My husband and I have been going to this salon every seven weeks since it opened. My husband is very picky with his hair. We tried three other salons before we found Ricky. My husband had old man hair. Ricky gave him an updated style that made him look 10 years younger. I also go to Ricky for cuts and color. If you watch any of his YouTube videos, you will know how amazing he is with color. A few times, Ive scheduled with Jordan. She is also amazing with color.The salon is very clean. It is also open late during the week which is helpful if you dont get off work until 5.

I had my hair done by Hope last summer. Just like all the other stylists here, you can sit in her chair and say "make me beautiful" and trust that you will look absolutely amazing. Im going for my next appointment tomorrow, getting balayage and a trim. The atmosphere is fun, so sitting through process doesnt drag on. I highly recommend Hope, she is a truly talented stylist!!

NEVER go here. I left with hair dye all over my face, neck, ears, hands.. I asked to have a bleach blonde strip in my hair, and I got a dark grey strip. Service was VERY slow. It took over 4 hours to have my hair dyed black with a blonde(grey) strip. Mind you my hair is already black..Very disappointed. $180 dollars also. Not satisfied..

We travel for our work so I very seldom get my hair cut at the same place twice. Im never quite sure what Im getting myself into when I walk into a salon. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received today. If you want a great cut ask for Aaron, he is great!
