My experience at this salon has always been wonderful! I have gone to other salons in the area and had a less than pleasant experience in which I was pushed to purchase products or I was treated like "just another head of hair". Ive been a client of Tara Bauers for 3 years now and she has provided wonderful service! Whether Ive asked for my hair to be cut in a sleek bob or styled with long, flowing layers- she has always been able to accommodate my requests, while ensuring I leave the salon looking and feeling like a million bucks. Everyone at Image Makers is friendly when I arrive and Tara has an extra personal touch in that she knows her clientele- our preferences, sense of style, occupations, families and backgrounds. Image Makers is also a strong community partner. They have donated goods and services to a local early childhood development center striving to increase the quality of education and equipment available to O Fallon families. I highly recommend patronage of Image Makers Salon!

I thought the salon was nice and up to date, however watch who you go to if this salon is a consideration for you. I had the the pleasure to see Tara Bauer who turned my hair into a complete NIGHTMARE. The highlights she put in my hair were worthy of someone either unlicensed or who was doing there first highlight. The bleach bled, the placement was horrible and the color she added had red in it making my hair very brassy upon removal. She refused to do anything other then add the same red color over the highlights, without charging me extra for it. That was after I had already paid her 150.00. Also she is booth rental so if you have any issues the salon will not back who is represnting their name. Whatever you do if you value your hair do NOT see Tara Bauer!!! I uploaded a before pic where my hair was blonde and what she did to it. I wanted to cry......

Needed a new person with color experience. Danielle was recommended.....she was great, I feel more secure regarding my hair.Danelle was pleasant,easy going, tried best to meet my needs. Kathy, the owner was very pleasant, also!
