I had an appointment with Amanda. She was pushy and flat out absolutely refused to do what i wanted done to my hair. From the color to the cut. I wanted a demi permanent color. She tried to talk me into lightning my natural dark hair with developer, after I made it clear several times I did not want it done. After that she was rough and had an attitude... It was an awkward 3 hours..I like my hair straight she told me I wasent Asian. Then commented on my weight, saying larger women need bigger hair!.. I look like Im going to a 90s glamour shots session. She also proceeded to tell me a "lesson" on dark hair saying she had an aunt that died with dark black dyed hair and looked like a ghost in her casket!!....? Then when it was over. She tried to put me out the salon immediately and lock the door so her and all the kids running around the salon could leave. Before I even had a chance to call my husband to pick me up. So I would have been standing outside alone in the weather until he arrived. Thank God he had decided to come early.... As for the salon the only complains are the kids running everywhere, I literally got hit with CDs they were skipping across the floor. They then proceed to put on vulgar music, like REALLY vulgar.... Her brushes were covered in other ppls hair. Her station was dirty... I feel bad because I feel like i liked the actual owner Darrell..I might have had a better experience had I gotten booked with him.. The lady he was working on next to me looked fabulous..

Great coloring and cut services! Laid back environment. No problem getting appointments scheduled. Ive had extentions in the past, too, great job with placing them! Darryl does a great job cutting my sons hair, who has autism. He is tolerant of him being noisy and pacing around while I get my hair highlighted.
