Crossfit Zachary is definitely one of the top Crossfit boxes in the Baton Rouge area! They provide a very knowledgeable coaching staff, super supportive community, and excellent environment to train in. I would recommend CF Zachary to anyone trying Crossfit for the first time, or just dropping in for a workout from out of town.

Fabian and the coaches are great. CrossFit has changed my life! Im much more committed to this program than any other I have ever done. Im 2.5 years into my CrossFit journey and am continually amazed at the ongoing strength and skill I see in myself both in and out of the gym.
