Ash Bash

Went into this location to have a tour and sign up. Due to our work schedule, we came in at 2:00am and there were no members there. It took 43 min from the time that we walked in the door, until we actually saw an employee. When we finally did see an employee, another member had come in and the male employee helped her, and then was too busy watching her walk away in her spandex shorty shorts to even say welcome to us. He then turned to us like we were a inconvenience to him. We told him that we would like to sign up for a black card membership. He did not offer a tour (we had already walked around the place in the 43 minutes that it took him to decide to do his job). He then bluntly told us to have a seat at the table with the iPad to sign up. He came over and took 10 min to figure out how to even get to the webpage for us to sign up. He then left us with no instructions, or explanation of the black card benefits or perks. When we finished filling out the application, we returned to the front desk where the same employee was blatantly staring at the members ass, who was on a treadmill. He reluctantly turned his attention to us, where he provided us with the free t shirt and took our picture. i honestly would never come to this location without my boyfriend present, due to this employee. I would never feel comfortable, knowing that he has no qualms with staring at members in a perverted way. Planet fitness claims that they are there for members to feel comfortable and not judged, but how can you stand by that commitment, when you have employees like this working for yall. I wanted to tell the poor girl what was going on, or at least move down to the other end of the treadmills, but honestly just didnt want to spend anymore time in there with that employee. I will be going to the Seigan location and hope that their employees have a little more integrity.

This company is a rip off... they say no contract... but when you try to cancel they make you sign a fake cancellation waiver that goes nowhere... they kept charging me month to month had to go in twice and after starting a new bank account they still was charging me... and now they tell me I owe $400... how could it even run to $400 thats like 40 months of payments while I couldnt even workout at facility because I owed... they say its no contract but dont believe them its a scam once youre signed up they will charge you for life rather you come or not and even if you cancel come back 3 years later and owe $400

Great gym, very clean, and barely have to wait on equipment. I come went my boyfriend as a guest and We have stopped coming because the short dark skinned girl with the short curly hair shows unnecessary behavior. She likes to follow him pretending shes cleaning then she stands to the counter with her friends laughing like its funny. We come to the gym to work out and feel comfortable, not uncomfortable. Look for some male attention on your own time

Ive never been in a cleaner gym. Theres plenty of space, and tons of equipment. One entire triple -sized room has a wall of televisions, the sound of which can be s heard through headset jacks on each of the bikes, ellipticals, snow skiers, and walking machines. Theres rarely a wait for equipment, partly due, I suspect, to their distribution of Peak Time flyers.

I like it. Affordable prices. Friendly staff. The members stay to themselves. They work out and leave. Open 24 hours a day. Great place to go if you want to get in shape. Wouldnt recommend for those already in shape like athletes and bodybuilders just regular folks whose goals are to get in shape.

This location has a crazy number of aerobic machines. They have showers, large locker rooms and tanning. On the weight side they have a decent number of machines, but very little free weights. The barbells Max out at 75 lbs and the only bar weights they have are 4 Smith machines.

Alpha X

If you are only looking for cardio, they have plenty of equipment. If you are looking to lift, dont waste your time. Its overcrowded and waiting on equipment can be very lengthy and exhausting. This was brought to staffs attention numerous times and they were not helpful at all.

The dread head at night is hardly at the counter or cares a homeless man came in and asked me for money and a cig and I asked who let him in he said no one at the counter when to find the dress head he was asleep on a massage chair meant for members not for his nap

Still being charged even after Contract was done. You would think theyd check the log to see I havent checked into that place in over 5 months. The contract I got did not say I would continue to be charge monthly thats stupid.

Equipment is good, staff is friendly. The only thing I can complain about is poor restroom maintenance. I shouldnt have to clean toilets just about every gym visit.

My second favorite location. But it is getting packed in there. Glad they are opening the Plank Road location so maybe it will spread out the crowd.

I am a member there and I love it. Its clean, friendly staff, and I never have to wait to use the equipment. The water massage bed is the BEST.
