They used to be friendly and acted like they wanted my business. They gave me a free estimate on the Energy Kinetics System 2000, which I had them install and like very much. That was about 10 years ago. 3 years ago I wanted a System 2000 installed in my daughters house they didnt show up. They kept telling me they would be there at a set time and then not show up. This went on for 3 weeks until I got the hint and hired a different plumber. I just got off the phone with them about doing some extensive remodeling. They agreed to come out the next day to go over what I wanted done but it was going to cost me $59 for a service charge. I said " Im not going to pay $50 for an estimate". Big mistake because I was promptly hung up on. I foolishly thought that we negotiate.

I hadnt used Rays in years, but have been very happy with their recent work on my home, especially the speed with which they rose to the occasion when the pump to my well gave out over a hot weekend. Another job took far longer than they had anticipated and they went easy on me with the final bill. The only drawback is their policy of paying on the day of service, which can create a hardship if its an expensive emergency job like the water pump.Thats the only reason I didnt give them five stars. Otherwise I have absolute confidence in their work, and theyre mighty pleasant as well.

I was charged over $125 for a service call to a to a location that is about 5 miles away and the technician was not able to repair what was wrong. In fact he was only there for about 10 minutes and did not do a thing. When I called the company to dispute this claim, they responded that they would not reduce the charges and in fact submitted the claim to a collection agency. I will never again use this company.

I was charged for 2 hours labor for a valve and 14 inch pvc pipe on a toilet. Job was in town. The job takes 30 mintues tops. They charged my CC. I called them about this for months. Finally, they waive the cost of parts [after double mark up on that cost] - and now for the last 2 months, Im still getting billed for the parts.

Very pleasant and got the job done professionally and within budget. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and time frame. Would highly recommend and plan on using them again in the future.
