I sent a package international destination to spain, to be received on christmas eve. My package arrived and was stock on imports for 6 days! When i sent this package the ferd ex representive never informed me about all of the steps. TAXES ER

Shockingly bad service.
Stood in front of counter for ten minutes, before employees deigned to notice that a line of four people had formed.
Staff moves at glacial speeds. It is always astounding when a line actually moves BACKWARDS at a store, as it did, today
They then claimed to not be able to read a passport drive that had been purchased less than half an hour before, and had been tested on both PC and MAC.
It was a complete waste of a half-hour of my life. TI

For a number of years I worked in a similar (competing) company, so I have some appreciation for the job. There are two employees there--usually one is on--that are as good as they come. Like airline agents at airports, customers at such places are often rushed and unpleasant. (The fax is late! The copy machine has too many buttons! Fedex is about to come!) They know how to handle people at their worst, without becoming agitated or unpleasant themselves. JI

I have been using FedEx Office services for a number of years. Im at the Monument Square facility in Portland, Maine at least a half-dozen times a year for fairly hefty orders.. The quality and service have always been really good. The staff people are knowledgeable and helpful, and have put in extra effort on a number of occasions. I recommend them highly. TI

My experience: Service was friendly, but extremely slow. There were only 2 people in front of me in line, took nearly 30 minutes to just ship something out.
