THE GOOD: Xpress Copy is conveniently located in downtown Portland. They are locally owned/operated. They can turn jobs around very quickly, and their prices are dirt cheap. THE BAD: You pay for what you get in regards to quality. Inking can be faded, they dont color match & drop shadows can pixelate. When asked to confirm receipt of files or let me know when a job is ready for pick-up, half the time they dont do it. The customer service leaves much to be desired (even when you call). They will print & cut your job the fastest & best way they can figure out how, even if its not exactly what you asked for or were expecting.

I have had wonderful results with Xpress Copy. I use them at least every three weeks for my company marketing materials for and they are friendly and always do what they can to help me meet my own internal deadlines. Just yesterday they expedited a poster project for me because I was met with the need to have the finished product sooner. Great results as well. Keep up the great work!

Fast service, high quality. They agreed to print a poster for us within 3 hours, while other places require 24 or 48 hour notice. The price was the cheapest Ive seen and the quality was amazing!
