Excellent company - They have helped my business in the past to resolve technical issues in a very timely manner. We then purchased a computer from them and a tech installed and set everything up and networked an existing second computer to it so that the second computer could print as well (not something I would have ever been able to do myself!) My most recent issue, I thought I had downloaded a virus. They ran a full scan and thankfully everything was good! They offer free diagnostics, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I am confident leaving my computer in their care. Thank you BTS!! 9/29/30 - I can not say enough great things about this company! Thank you Jim for your remote service that got my secondary computer connected again to my archaic printer!! You keep our small business running!

Had my computer crash and burn totally unexpectedly (as if anyone actually ever expects it). Brought my desktop in to BTS on Good Friday at about 12:30. Fortunately Bryan was manning the counter and, despite the fact that he was scheduled to leave at about 1:00, proceeded to work on this technical disaster for the better part of the next 3 hours even though I suggested he go home and just deal with it tomorrow. I also witnessed him suggesting to another walk-in that in lieu of a costly repair for an outmoded laptop, he would probably be better served upgrading to a new system despite the fact that it meant a loss of service revenue for BTS. He did finally manage to resuscitate my computer and return me to function. Service was timely, courteous, honest and fairly priced. It doesnt get better than that.

I took my laptop to BTS because it was running slow and freezing. They put the unit thru a lengthy diagnostic and found no viruses. They told me that they also cleaned up the hard drive by removing cookies and other junk. Very professional, very patient, and highly recommend. Oh and the cost ZERO.
