Dennis worked on my iPhone earlier today I had never been to byte me but had heard about it from a coworker of mine and I was eager to see if he would be able to fix it. I came back not even an hour later and I was astonished at how great it worked! It was working like brand new again which I didnt think could even be done. I have taken past phones to different phone repair places here in Missoula and never had quite the result I had for a heck of a deal as well. I would definitely recommend taking any type of phone or electronic device to Byte me first and I know youll be just as pleased as me.

I will never recommend byte me missoula to anyone ever again! We bought a phone from him and it clearly states on the website you have a 30 day guarantee we havent even had the phone not even a week and he would not even do an exchange or refund as he had stated. So now we are out $155.00 and stuck with a broken phone! We will be going to the BBB about him and the faulty phone that he sold us and are stuck with. Do not go to Byte Me Missoula because he will take your money and youll be out the cost of what you paid!

Got a laptop. Worked. Still works. Was a good value, perfect for what we needed. Still happy after several weeks. Have not had a problem. I suggest supplying a $5 case, if you dont already, for the irate phone users, before allowing the phone to leave the store. Several other people I met were happy with the service, and he needs to encourage those to post their positive reviews.

Read the reviews before you even think about going here, this guy is a nut, he wont take back his own phone he sold within two days???? Dennis you need to get out of the repair business if you cant stand by your companys so called guarantee, Ill never recommend this business. I heard horror stories from others since my bad experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! I bought an iPhone from Dennis for $155 and the phone was freezing, and the screen would go blank and restArt the phone. He also said the phone had a 30 Guarantee And when I took it to him to fix he did absolutely nothing told me phone was not doing it to him so nothing was wrong. DONT GO TO HIM HE WILL SCAM YOU!

Bought a cellphone from Dennis. I was having problems with it. wanted to return it because there was a 30 day warranty. Dennis became very vulgar and would not replace my phone even though it was broken when I bought it. Very shady business owner. Do not do business with this person
