So, I built my computer a few years ago and recently wanted to upgrade the graphics and video cards along with snagging a solid state drive for faster boot times. Their pricing for parts is pretty standard, and to install everything is pretty inexpensive. Since I had my computer in a shop I also wanted it cleaned/tuned up. They have express prices in which they guarantee only a 3 day wait, but I wasnt in a rush. A week later I get my computer back all nice and shiny and get home, and theres a blue screen system error crash with 30 minutes of getting it all set up. I went back in and they took it in at no charge, promising to find the issue and fix it for me. Sure enough a few days later I had my computer back and it was running just fine (apparently they had received a bad cpu from their distributor). I had a few other hardware issues and they were always friendly and helpful, even letting me run back and forth from their place to my house trying out parts to see if they worked (that was a fun time) in the end nothing worked and they happily gave my money back, sorry that they couldnt help. (New video card didnt have a vga connection and my old monitor couldnt be upgraded, but no worries had a new one on the way). These guys are always professional and friendly and will find out whats wrong with your system and fix it for you Pronto! They arent wizards but they definitely are damn close!

Its Extremity easy! When it comes to anything thats even related to a computer, phones,wi-fi,Laptops, Guys, the crew at cornerstone Computers will not just sell you a custom computer, that does only what you want, and work with your budget!, theyll come to your house and help you with most anything to do with computer electronics, If its electronic, has anything to do with computers (flat screen,DVRS, Routers) No matter what you think , just stop and call cornerstone. They will take care of you!! and they help you watch your wallet, whatever you need they can help you out. And dont bother even looking there the only shop with money saving options and the best price in all 4 local towns, they fixed an older PC for me in 2008 and I never even saw a virus, it ran till old age got it in 2013, % years with out a single problem, I did get the maintenance, and boy was it worth it ,and still is. Cornerstone Computers, Thats all you have to know.

A year ago my daughter passed away. She had 4 laptops. I took them into Cornerstone to have her information taken off so I could sell them. A week later I picked up one but not the others. I thought that they were so old that they were just junk. Fast forward a year later. I received a call from Cornerstone. They had found them on a back shelf and wanted to offer to buy them. They also had found pictures on one of them and asked if I wanted them to put the pictures on a disk. I was so excited about the pictures because they were some of her that were taken a few days before she died. We had tried to find them but couldnt. I am writing this to let everyone know just how honest Cornerstone is. They not only repaired the one computer for me, but a year later sent me a check and 2 disk from computers I had forgotten about. I do not live in the area (Phoenix) but highly recommend them to all. Thank you Cornerstone.

Best rates in town an best service! I recently took a computer in and told them I wanted a part replaced. When they got into the computer the noticed the water damage (the reson I needed a new logic board) and instead of ordering and installing the new logic board they called me and told me what the situation was before I dumped any money into the computer. The logic board probably wouldnt have been the only thing that needed to be replaced. So anyways I was really happy they checked with me before proceeding instead of just sending me a bill! I have used cornerstone on multiple occasions and have been happy with the service every time!

Ive been going to Cornerstone since they first opened, as I couldnt say I was thrilled with the other options locally prior to that. Some five years later, Im still coming back and not even interested in looking elsewhere. Im pretty much always coming in because of some very unhappy event with one of my computers -- but Corey and his team always manage to make the storm cloud hovering over my head evaporate by the time Im leaving. Professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable ... well priced ... and most importantly they do excellent work. I absolutely love their (amazingly affordable) next day service option!

Desperately needed a new ssd for my pc. Looked at all the big box and chain stores. None had any, the associates were rude, and the prices were outrageous. Drove past cornerstone and decided to give them a shot. Not only did they have what I needed, but their team was knowledgeable and polite. Prices were comparable to online sources. In and out in less than 5 minutes. I generally order online for my PC needs, but these folks make a compelling case for shopping local. Thanks to Cabe and his team, you guys rock.

We had a power surge at the office that fried our router and our network was down. Of course we had deadlines and jobs that had to get out. These guys were great. They sent a technician to our office within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running in half an hour. I am very, very satisfied with the quality of their services (Technical & Customer Service) and their fees. After the diagnostic did not find anything wrong with my laptop, a tech person came out to my place and fixed the prob in mere 20 min. I will go to them again if I have troubles in future.

This place is a hidden gem. They treat you right and WILL NOT rip you off, which is a big worry for the non-tech-savvy. Put it this way, if my grandparents were still around and needed computer help Id send them here, even if it meant a drive. Theyre that helpful/good.

Taken my computer there multiple times for problems, it was fixed very quickly. Bought new parts for a computer and they built it for me. Even ordered parts from these guys. Best computer shop in town, highly recommend if you like quick service.
