I have been going to Paragon religiously for the last 5 years. Cho, who works at the Portland location 3-4 days per week, is fantastic. She is gracious, kind, and knows how to cut hair! She is very detail oriented and will take time to cut your hair as you want it cut. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Portland! No appointments taken. Walk in only.
