Free Like a Pheonix

Now I understand why they have less than 2.5 stars and less than other recruiting agencies. They send me on an assignment that they stated would be FOR A WEEK and it lasts only 2 days. I was assigned to a rude arrogant reruiter with a messiah complex who thinks I am supposed to grovel and beg her as if she has the fate of my life in the palm of her hands. I called and asked about an assignment and she had the nerve to tell me "you dont get work on your terms when you want it thats not how this works" I am like the day prior YOUR office told me there was plenty of work available you set those terms I did not so check your ego and your condescending self ritcheous attitude at the door. Clearly im not the only one who does not approve of her attitude hence the rating. Adecco is not a monopoly and when your agency is not a monopoly you should be very careful about how you treat people. Secondly on the assignment I went to I was prompt on time and completed everything asked of me with no problem. Several people did not show or complete the assignment. then I was scheduled an "INTERVIEW" not an assignment an "INTERVIEW" by my recruiter and 5 HOURS in advance I advised I would not be able to make the interview and the recruiter stated that was last notice? Then my recruiter says get back with me monday. Well I was looking for some decent filler work but I got hired not through an agency but an actual company. So this superiority I can disrespect you dismiss you and treat you as I want attitude comes to a halt now. You are not a good recruiter you do not give the people you work with accurate information. Your superiority complex is off putting you dress like a professional but act like a rude unprofessional person to those you deam beneath you. I prefer down to earth normal recruiters who do not have god complexes and think they have the right to be reude and disrespectful just because they want to. You dont answer calls but have atitude when somebody stops by the office in person after they dont recieve the call back that you promised you would give them? ALL recruiters I have worked with in my life reach out to me I never have to hunt and chase them down for answers again before being rude condescending and self ritcheous try polishing your recruiting skills. If you tell me an assignment is a week long and its only 2 days I should be the one ticked off not you. You communicated false information to me and you communicated false information to me by telling me there were SEVERAL jobs avilable. I do believe this is a form of retaliation and will now utilize the proper channels and maybe you will learn it does not pay to be rude dismissive and unprofessional. This is MY experience with adecco and my experience with less than mature and less than professional recruting agents. The 2.4 rating speaks for itself I guess. How dare you be rude and disrespectful and antagonizing to somebody and then be suprised they are wary of your intentions. Its called professionalism please try having some I cant speak for all the recruiters I have worked with but my experience with this one has not been pleasant enlightening or helpful. I alone am not responsible for the 2.4 rating just remember that clearly they have mistreated several others and find that abhorrent behavior to be acceptable. Heck the branch manager was not even my recruiter and they were nicer more helpful and more responsive than my actual recruiter was good to know not everyone in the office is rude and nasty. You call cancelling an "INTERVIEW" 5 HOURS IN ADVANCE! short notice and I call telling me an assignment is for a week and it turns out to only be 2 days a lie.

I applied to Adecco a few months ago, took a clerical aptitude test, and filled out the onboarding paperwork. I was told I would get transferred to another agent within the company. I heard nothing from them. I waited for a week before calling back about my paperwork and the girl said she would check it out for me. Never heard from Adecco again.

Never work here! They always mess up your paycheck and get mad at you because you call about it. Just save yourself the fustration and dont work for this agency at all.
