Horrible experience. I see why they have 1 star. Extremely unprofessional. I lived 30 minutes away from the job site, I came to the job twice and both times I was turned away. So I went to the actual company and they told me that the actual position was cancelled. However, this "staffing agency" said that the assignment had to be rescheduled as far as start date. So basically Jennifer Moxley lied to me and then told me that I put "them" in a bind. Every time I called, she seemed to be on break. How convenient. Then she referred me to a different staffing agency. If youre looking for a job, do not even attempt to go through this "agency." Its a huge waste of time. They basically just lie to people I guess to make it seem like theyre doing their job. Funny because the company said this wasnt the first time and they actually are thinking about cancelling their contract with this staffing agency altogether. I see why! They havent received over 1 star for their rating either. That should tell you something.

I like to take the time out to appreciate the opportunity given for employment by choosing express I was pleased how respectful effective and fast it was to get employed from dealing with Amanda The receptionist to the recruiter interview with Jen M shortly after I definitely appreciate the help and will recommend many more of my peers who are looking for employment to choose express cause thats how they are with the results thanks again ladies

Poor customer service and finding a job!! I call everyday and tell them I available and then still see jobs posted and Indeed and other job sites!! Go to a better temp and job centers!!! Jennifer Moxley is a terrible job coordinator and been dealing with her for over a month!!

Terrible. The company never responded to calls or emails. I have not experienced this bad level of customer service in a long time...And these people have a job.... Dont even waste your time with this company or Jennifer Moxley
