Atrocious Agency. I was fired from my job for being transgender. I filed a claim for unemployment. However, I had to have a fact finding interview, becasue apparently they didnt believe I was fired for being trans. I was called by an Asian lady for the fact finding interview who constantly tried to disprove my reasoning for being fired. I was disqualified from benefits a week later. Luckily I had found a job. These people are discriminatory snakes who wouldnt believe I was fired For being transgender

I get part of the money i was told i was getting.. every single time I call it just says all Associates are with other customers... call back later... so I sent them an email asking for them to call me back then I get a email with just saying call this number if you have any questions and at the same number Ive already been calling so it is pointless to send the email. But at least Im getting money while looking for another job
