I must say, working with Aerotek thus-far has been a very pleasant experience. I have been registered with many staffing agencies in the past, some better than others, but all of them lacked a certain professionalism all around. Also, I hadnt been getting assignments that satisfied my education, experience and other credentials. Then, Ashley from Aerotek called and got me setup at an interview at a prestigious law firm in the area. They were looking for a long-term contract Paralegal to join their team. I ended up getting offered the position and it turned out to be an even longer commitment than I originally was told (which was a nice surprise). So far, I am enjoying it there and I have Aerotek (especially Ashley) to thank. Now, I will be gainfully employed until my security clearance for the government goes through. Great job with on-boarding, setting me up with everything in terms of paperwork, etc. I will be recommending this agency to anyone who is in need of temporary work!

My experiences with Aerotek has been by far the greatest. They really care about you and where you want to be in life. They work closely with you, while trying to find the perfect Job opportunity thats suitable for you. I love the fact, they keep their word by staying in contact with you and never leaving you out of sight. I had the pleasure of working with two recruiters Alex F. and Stephen Holmes. These two are awesome, very caring and helpful. I can definitely count on them to help place me with great companys for employment. My experience with Aerotek has been amazing!!!!! From beginning until..... they have helped place me with a company thats is suited for ME. Erin Stanton is my recruiter and she is awesome. She worked with me and stayed in contact on a daily basis to make sure I was placed with the right company. She stayed on top of the emails I sent. She always replies the same day. Ive worked with other temp companies in the past and my experience was NOTHING close to the professionalism Aerotek/Erin offered. My job search went very smooth and I was never left without answers. Erin knew exactly what was best for me. I have already and will continue to recommend Aerotek in Virginia Beach to people I know looking for employment. One of the recruiters pulled my resume from the department of labor site and contacted me for an interview. I went in a few days later and sat down with Michael C to discuss my experience and skill set and what work was coming up. Throughout the interview Michael was easy going and professional, he asked me allot of questions and outlined the work they were looking to fit people into. As far as staffing services go this is definitely not a manpower service as Aerotek caters to the ship building repair and overhaul industry and for anyone that knows this industry the work is dependent upon contracts so it can take some time for the work to roll into the yards and that means you either wait or you put yourself out there for other work through the agency.

I have been with AeroTek Chesapeake since 2014 and A Rum Kim has gone out of his way to be very accommodating of my scheduling needs and has shown me what a great company AeroTek is to work for. He has ensured my questions and concerns are answered accurately. I have not waited more than a few months between assignments and that wait was due to my special scheduling needs. A Rum stays in touch both while I am on assignment and while I am looking for employment. A Rum has made AeroTek a 5 star employer for me.

I have worked with aerotek off and on for nearly 3 years and consider aerotek to be top notch. I have tried other recruiters and been given the run around. Our of all the recruiters I have had A Rum Kim has been my favorite one.
