A Drayton

Definitely the best laundromat in Baltimore (and probably Maryland). It is self labeled as the cleanest and it is certainly extremely clean most of the time. The facility is large and there is no shortage of efficiently working washers and dryers. The following make Laundry City stand out: free wifi (powerful enough for streaming movies), the dozen plus TVs, the fabulous background music, the quiet room (though some patrons dont seem to understand the quiet concept), the very comfortable and well appointed waiting area, the kiddies play area, the no-touch very clean bathrooms and the free shuttle bus that is there to transport customers. The bonus is an owner who gives back to the community (even if its just a marketing strategy) and appears to care about his customers.He gave out school supplies at the beginning of the school year, gave away TVs during the holidays and held drawings for cash prizes during the year. Unlike the other laundromats in the area he is not just a faceless entity. Kudos to Laundry City.

Mahogany Hill

Its pretty clean and spacious. I generally swipe the inside of a machine before using it and Ive never encountered a problem. Laundry City has very large machine, medium sized and small washers and many dryers. Ive been a few times to wash items that didnt fit in my home machines (pillows, comforters, etc...) and each time, there has been courteous staff to answer questions and help me when needed. Theres always someone sweeping and trying to keep the place tidy. Laundry City also has a little play area for children and observation lounge for parents. I believe I even saw a little computer area as well. I was quite happy with my visits. I have not tried their van service or the clothes pick up service as yet. Happy laundering.

Now am terrified of coming here anymore. Last on 04/16/2017 at 01:20 machines went off line after they began washing my clothes they told me to wait I waited until 3am in the morning nothing happened I had to carry rotten clothes and went home when I asked them to refund me they declined. Theyre horrible. Today is July/18/2017 between 02:39 and 05:00 am I came here to wash but unfortunately the machine I used to dry my clothe took my money and never dried I had to pay extra 3 dollars for drying on another machine after wasting 40 minutes for loss. Please whoever own this facility do something stop this kind mediocre service.

Pick up to location not guaranteed or dependable. they dont answer phone. Someone stole my girl $500 phone when she place on Wall charger to charge in front of employee. No sign on Wall saying not to leave belonging for a sec next to front desk person. they refuse to show surveillance camera video to us or to the police. Police waited 1hr to get response from them only to b told later theyll check camera. When they couldve review it on spot with out problem. When police show up manager(person in charge ) actually get in the car and tell them lies n leave.

This place is so unprofessional! They said they pick up you clothes and drop them off. I was told someone would pick up my clothes at 5:00 pm. They picked them up closer to 7pm. And I was told that my clothes would be dropped off 7:30 the next day guaranteed. The next day I called at 7:30 and was told that they were running behind. At 9:45 Horne the manager called and asked if he could drop the clothes off the next day. I asked him for a discount and he said could give me a 5% discount. I had to ask for a 10% discount. Smh

The manager is open to suggestions and want to try different things, but like its stated he has to take in consideration of the customers. For ex: those that dont have control of their child or children. Also ppl that dont have self control of their self when relaying a situation. Foul mouth and attitude dont get a message across. Any problem I came across with them hes handle it wit no problem. The pl is clean so its like anything theres good and bad.

They charge for EVERYTHING. I dont like it. If you want to change a setting theres a charge, you want to use hot water theres a charge for that. I didnt like my experience. Friendly staff but the service system they are using is a rip off. Charging and nickel and dime-ing the customer for everything little down to changing settings on the machine is ridiculous. Went once never going back. Ever.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUUUUUCKS!!!!!!!! The machines actually get you clothes VERY CLEAN...but theses cats dont care what your issue is if you have a problem...AT ALL!!! there has been several times Ive called for the shuttle service at about 10 oclock in the morning and tell me, I wont be able to get a ride in till 5:00 in the evening. I bring this up to the manager, and he couldnt care less!

Love this place. Theyre open 24/7 with clean machines, fast WIFI, comfy plush seats, large TVs, and a childrens play area. There are enough machines that youre never stuck waiting for someone and being there doesnt feel like a never ending chore. Plus loading the card is much easier than going to my bank and getting boxes of quarters.

Great laundry facility. They usually keep the place clean and sanitary which is good since a lot of people come here. Its spacious and gets the job done. The only annoying thing is the card machine. Maybe its just me, but Ive had a hard time getting it to read the first few times.

I love this laundromat free drying has saved me each time. The place is always clean and busy but you are always able to get in and out within a reasonable time. The only drawback is the charging station has no working cords they desperately need to be replaced.

The wait time for the shuttle is super annoying. Would recommend anyone to find another way there if you can or you will be stuck waiting 3 hours for it to come. Every time I have called for it the shuttle has never shown up between the listed time.

Washing & drying clothes in peace or you can cross your legs & watch TV . Its a section you can get on your phone with free Wi-Fi kids can go play in the play area !!! Dont need to carry cash use your reloadable swipe card .Places to sit & eat !!!

its a great place...i see a lot of comments about they should consider people don thave control of their kids, etc...you not controlling your kids is your problem, not the employees...never had an issue with any staff or customer service.

Friendly staff, large parking lot, customer pick up, free drying, free WiFi, clean restroom, decent childrens area... The only draw hack is it seems the charging station is always broken as is the machine to add money to your card.

I love the fact that they have lots of washing machine and dryers. That there are different size washers. Its a plus that dryers are free up to an extent. Its clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This was my first time here. Wasnt sure of loading clothes then paying. I then was told to get this card. Your loading money on the card. This card is the connection to the Free Drying. Who knew.
