POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. In fairness, this business has provided great service for me in the past and generally I have had a good experience. However, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, I frequented this location, and an employee named Anita was extremely rude to me when I presented an issue to them that two of my shirts were lost (I see I am not the only customer to complain about this problem). Whats more, she was being rude to me in front of the store manager and nothing was said to her. Consequently, I brought this incident to the attention of the owner because I thought shed like to know how her customers were being treated. This was a complete waste of time talking to the owner because she backed up her rude employee. This cleaners is very close to my home and business and I had always had a good experience with them, but after being treated this way and not feeling like ownership validated my concerns as a customer, I think I will take my business elsewhere. I think the employees need better customer service training and the management definitely needs to learn how to manage, train, and coach employees when issues from customers are brought to their attention. Dont expect anything to change when this kind of attitude to customer service is taken from the top down.

Had a washing machine emergency the night before an overseas trip- they got all my (sopping wet) clothes cleaned and folded overnight so I could make my flight. Excellent service, excellent prices. Highly recommend.
