Our family switched to Yates shortly after it opened from Madison and have not looked back. The store is well organized and the quality of both the cleaning and the alterations is first rate. In addition, they pick up and deliver from my front porch twice a week. Bob Bowman who leads the charge there is super responsive both on email and on the phone. We have had a couple of rush things (graduation clothes) and other special requests that he has taken care of very professionally. Hard to imagine going anywhere else at this point. I would have given Bob and his store 10 stars if able.

Ive been using Yates since they opened- pick up and delivery twice a week, rain or shine. Knowing that I dont have to fit in trips to the cleaners is a huge help with two professionals in the house and kids. Clothing, down comforters, holiday items, you name it, its been taken care of at Yates. Bob B. the manager is phone call away if I need any info. Highly recommend.

Ive been using Yates Dry Cleaning since they opened. I visit them weekly and the service is always great. I had a small issue one time (misplaced a pair of pants). The pants were quickly found and the Yates people fell all over themselves to make it right. They do charge a little more, but its worth it to me by the way they stand by their work.

I had a pretty bad experience with Yates. I went in to have my dress altered and it wasnt completed by the time they said they would have it ready for me. Unreliable service and a total inconvenience. Dont go here!
