I have been a patron of LookSharp for more than three years. I never thought I would call a dry cleaners a "charming, family-run establishment." Such descriptions are typically reserved for small independent grocery stores and hole-in-the-wall restaurants. Yet, LookSharp Cleaners fits the bill. Proprietor Lisa Anne and her husband make it a point to establish a meaningful rapport with all of their regular customers. Yes, they know my name and how much starch I prefer on my shirts. They also remember the dates of my annual work trips and remind me to check that my suits are clean and pressed. Her kids, most of them in their teens now, are often seen assisting her at the register or standing by to help customers carry their dry cleaning to the car when needed. One time I accidentally left almost $300 in cash in a pants pocket. I was relieved when they called me, and even offered to stay open after hours so I could pick it up. Such courtesy and service is rare these days, which is why I continue to take my dry cleaning to LookSharp even after having moved across town. Have they had their share of mistakes? Sure. Its very infrequent, but mistakes happen no where you take your clothes. The difference at LookSharp is they will go above and beyond to make things right. Its really an exceptional establishment and I hope you give them a shot.

I have been going to LookSharp Cleaners in Alexandria, since they opened and I would highly recommend them. They are a family owned business with a husband-wife team (TJ and Lisa Ann) and their three sons and they always provide EXCELLENT customer service and high quality dry cleaning and alterations. I have tried other dry cleaners closer to my house, but they cant compare to the quality and friendly service that I have come to expect from LookSharp Cleaners. I am always greeted by name when I come in the door, we exchange stories about our families and they even offer to carry my dry cleaning to the car for me. A great family owned, neighborhood small business that deserves your support!

I brought in a suit for dry cleaning after a recent wedding where I got some makeup on the jacket. As a new customer I received 25% off what I would call a reasonable bill for two pieces (~$12 prior to discount), but I have nothing to compare to. Turn around time was from Friday to Wednesday and the jacket and pants both looked good as new. Bonus points for being so close to where I work.

Knowing your customers by name seems like a rare thing these days, but LookSharps owner gives you that kind of personal attention. I also like it that Lisa Ann calls me when a stain presents a particular problem, so I will know in advance of picking it up about the difficulty. LookSharp provides reasonably priced, quality cleaning with a dash of neighborhood-bonding thrown in.

Best customer service Ive ever experienced with a dry cleaner! Its a bit more expensive than some but that is because they are green & have 0 hazardous waste! Its a family business and even the kids help Mom, owner Lisa Ann. She is so sweet & truly cares about your clothes. She was even able to remove a very old & large wine stain out of a fav blouse!

Friendly, personal and personable service. They inspect garments carefully and recommend alterations, in house, to protect the life of the clothing, which is much appreciated. Im not always observant that there is a loose seam, but they catch it, which saves me some embarrassment! Prices are reasonable and the product is always high quality.

I usually go to the West Glebe Road spot of Look Sharp. Me and and my husband like them much more than other cleaning services which offers their service more expansive. They are nice, and gives attention to everything. They have good tailoring service too. And the price is good. I recommend them to my friends.

I had to get a last minute alteration on my bridesmaid dress and Im glad I found them! When I went to pick up my dress I had no time to try to it on because I was late for work. When I put on the dress the day of the wedding, it fit like a glove! I would recommend this place to everyone!
