I took 7 shirts, a suit, and 2 ties into courthouse cleaners a few weeks ago. When I went to pick them up, all of the shirts were very wrinkled and it is unlikely that they were pressed. I got them home and Courthouse Cleaners ruined one of my shirts! I know that I did not bring it to them ruined, as they implied, because the shirt was brand new! There were stains all over the back that will never come out. It looks like it was dyed or bleached. I brought the shirt back the same day and the woman told me that she would look into it. I told her that I wanted to be compensated for the ruined shirt, but I conceded that I should give her a chance at making things right. She said that it would take her over a week to sort things out. So, I went back the next Thursday when she said they would be done and she had not even taken any action to check on the shirt. I demanded compensation for the ruined garment. She said that she could not do anything for me until she checked with the people who cleaned the shirts. She promised to take the shirt to the individuals personally and that she would call me the next day. She never called! I have gotten the complete run-around and now my $75 shirt is ruined, they still have it, and have not done anything to remedy the situation. This dry cleaners is completely illegitimate. It has low prices and it shows in the service. Please do not take your clothes here, as I would not want this terrible experience to happen to anyone else!

Terrible! I had a very nice v-neck with a tear and a almost brand new Ralph Lauren buttondown with a small tear in the right shoulder, both magically showed up after I took my clothes to the dry cleaner. When I went in to see how they could remedy the situation, I got a "not possible" denial....5 times. Completely rude, no apology. Believe me I would know if I was walking around with a tear in a shirt, let alone in two of my shirts! Terrible customer service, you would think they would have at least acknolowdged that its possible it was on their end but nope. However, they did offer to sew the tears....for $$! Are you kidding me? I told them I would never return and apparently they dont really care about keeping customers, because I got a simple: "OK, bye." I never complain, I understand mistakes happens but poor customer service is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend using this dry cleaner.

Ive been going for going on 3 years and they are always pleasant and prompt. I feel like most dry cleaners are about the same in terms of finished product, but what keeps me coming to them (despite proximity) is that once they over charged me for one shirt and actually called me to let me know. The next time I went, I had credit for $1.50 or so! I wouldnt have even noticed - thats what I think is great customer service!

DO NOT GO HERE. I brought in 3 completely different pairs of dress pants and when I got them back - all 3 had stretched out waists by 2 inches (two pairs from the Loft and one from the Gap). Now I have to get all 3 altered. They would take no blame and would not give any money back. They blamed the stretch on the fabric and the store even though the pants all had different fabrics and were from two different stores.

The nice part about Courthouse Cleaner is they do have same day service, even though the "in by 9 out by 4:30" really means out by 6. They do a good job on my suits, but I cant tell you how poorly and practically unpressed my shirts are continuously returned to me. I ask for heavy starch, I get shirts which I could have pressed better myself. Very poor in the shirt department...

They lost a pair of $80 black pants that I was getting a snap repaired on. They claimed that someone else must have picked them up, but I still had the claim ticket. They did nothing to remedy the situation, and it was pointless to even try. Wont be going here again. Ever.

Great dry cleaners/alterations. I dry clean a lot of my clothing and I have nothing but great things to say about this cleaner. My clothes always come back in a timely manner, in great condition, and without that funny chemical smell some cleaners leave.
