I tried several other cleaners in the area... Dominion Cleaners at Quincy and Lee and that cleaners by the Italian Store... both shrunk my clothes, lost buttons, and generally made my clothes look BEAT UP after a trip to the drycleaners. Cupid Cleaners, on the other hand, is EXCELLENT! After trying the other local cleaners, this is the one I come back to time and again. I let them clean a beautiful 100% wool french needle point rug (shipped it out), and it came out well. My very expensive suits look better, not worse, when coming back from the cleaners. They also have alterations on-site and are always friendly, punctual, and very responsive to questions. Im not an eco-freak, but the cleaning is green-friendly if it matters to you. For me, its the quality that counts. Ive been going there for over a year now. I highly recommend Cupid Cleaners!

WARNING: Avoid their alteration service!! They hemmed my pants twice as much length than I had asked and then refused to fix it without an additional cost! With some mediation, the seamstress reluctantly agreed to fix it without charge, but then returned the item of clothing completely unchanged!! While their cleaning service is hit or miss but expensive, the poor and dishonest alteration service is abhorrent! Ive been a customer of their cleaning service for eight years... sadly, after this experience, I can no longer support their business.

Ive had dry cleaning done here on and off for the last couple years. Generally always satisfied with quality and price. I participated in a line discount program due to an agreement with the building I formerly resided in. Might be worth checking out to see if they still offer.

The blanket I brought in for cleaning came back with a lot of lint and long hairs that werent mine! It looked as if it had been folded up on a dirty surface and returned to me for $25. This is the second time Ive gone to Cupid Cleaners, and both times were disappointing.
